It was close to the beach

It's an old hotel in bad shape. It smells and feels and looks unclean and outdated.

Beach - excelent, water pool - excelent bar and barmens - excelent location - very good breakfast - so so

The location was good, parking space closed and the pool was beautiful!The acces to see was good and short.

The cleaning was not what we expected. Must pay much attention!The air conditionate not working well.

The location was very good, near the see . I especially liked the food, very tasty and not repetitive. Very good coffee, the catering staff were really hardworking and friendly.

The hotel had a rundown feeling to it: broken chairs in the bar, sagging sofas and chairs in around reception, chipped paint on the walls in public areas, visitors had left their names scratched on them. WiFi so poor mostly non existent.

The location is good.

The food was terrible, everyday the same food, what we didnt eat for lunch was served for dinner, the hotel needs a full renovation, the walls of the room has mold, its so humid in the room, the furniture is old, if you are a woman, take your own hairdryer because they dont have one.

The swimming pool is very big with poolside bar and restaurant

The exterior. The hotel is one of the oldest in Golden Sands but the interior has been recently decorated so from inside you would not believe the age but the exterior need decorating. The buffet breakfast was minimal but when I witnessed guests stealing food to put in their bag for lunch I completely understand why.

Excelent food,excepional position from the Sea,that s why we have been at Ambassador for the third time,every year convincing more families of friends to come and experiencing the facilities of this hotel.We will be their guests next year,for sure!!!

Swimming pool

Old Hotel, which is not renovation the last 20, maybe 30 years. Breakfast is very poor quality! Internal of the room bad, air-con from 1960. We was 3 persons, we haved two standard single beds and one folding bed! After one night u feel broken. No room service if you don't ask. External of the hotel is bad no landscape. Definitely not stars hotel, max can be Hostel or guest house.

That it is close to the sea

The indoor pool and spa area are closed, the outdoor pool is ice cold and covered in shadows most of the time, the AC is not working most of the time (we had 3 rooms with our friends none worked), the food is OK but lacks variety and they reuse the food aloot, all the included alcohol like beer and vodka have no alcohol and are very bad, they Don't clean your room only once in 7 days and all the staff is depressed and lacks any intention to work. Almost nobody speaks English and the ones that do speak very basic English not even the receptionist

Great location, very close by beach.Spacious and clean room. Comfortable beds.Food was very tasty and varied.Parking place at their location.Everything was great for us.We highly recommend this hotel.

I like the view from ewer room 3rd floor beachside!

I ask for towels but we did not get , not only me but my friends as well we were a group of 9 persons.The food much and not very tasty ..How ever the omlet from breakfast was good !

Poor internet connection in the room.

The food was good, not many variety but the taste was very good, the staff was okay big like for the blonde lady at the bar, the location is excellent.

There were ants in the room, not very clean also the building is very old, really not recommend if you are going with children.

-The bathroom door wasn't closing, and they didn't fix it by the time we left (5 days), all the doors looked very old-The food was not very diverse-One of the matresses was deformed on one side

I liked the location, it was close to the beach. Spacious room. Good food, but not so varied.

I didn't like the dining location (dirty and stained tablecloths and chairs), queuing at the buffet, not having several areas where you could get your food. In the bathroom of the room we found bugs.

The staff was super nice, the food trays were never empty, 5min walk to the beach, room fridge, free parking

We had a room at the 1st floor with breakfast included (not worth the money): the black mold smell made your throat burn in the morning (it was coming from the bathroom; do not turn on the ventilation, it makes it worse), the room AC was ancient and did not cool properly, bathroom looked old and unkept, had a spider and some cobwebs inside the room around a corner. The rest of our family went for all inclusive and stayed several days on 3rd floor: perfect rooms, clean, no smell!

The breakfast was very good, personnel very helpfull, the pool was very big and clean.

There could have been more sunbeds, at least one for every room, because there were very many people at the pool and not enough sunbeds for everyone.
