Hotel Silver - All Inclusive, Free Parking

A wonderful experience, the service is perfect, the pool is very good, the food is delicious, the ice cream is amazing.

The door from my room was broken, I couldn't close it, just lock it and it was really disturbing this.Housekeeping did nothing in the room, not even to change the towels. But I enjoyed my holiday and my son enjoyed so much the swimming pool.

Parking, Food, some staff, pool etc. The hotel is not equipped to handle full house. No space to park the car, not enough plates for food, not enough of a spread either, Umbrellas and chairs aren't enough at the pool, Refilling of the food takes time or they even refill for dinner with something that was cooked for lunch. When asked if they are refilling, one of the staff had the audacity to say "You can eat the rest from the spread"

We had the room big enough for four persons, we enjoy the view, all inclusive services.

We didn't have the parking lot at the hotel, but around. Also, to have beach longer you have to wake up very early.

Nice garden and swimming pool helpful staff and the property was mostly clean although on arrival the bathroom had not been properly cleaned

the food selection was very poor and never hot and was very disappointed with all inclusive no bar open only in restraint and after catering staff went off duty you had to go to reception for refill but more important there was no sugar free soft drinks and didn't have any ice , cocktails were not included in all inclusive so better to just go out or pay for the few drinks we did have very disappointed ?

The parking was a disgrace. And the tv remote had flat batterys. The food was cheap.

The room was big enough. The staff was really helpful but unfortunately the food was pretty dissapointing.

I was all inclusive martini cocktails 5 leva each. And free parking was a disgrace the batterys in remote finished and aircone the hotel could be a lot better.

The pool

The price is more than fair.The pool is perfect, it has chairs in the shadow as well as in the sun. The food is acceptable. The hotel and the rooms are constantly cleaned

You must understand that the price is fair so don't expect a lot.

Quiet , clean and relaxing . Tasty lunch and dinner.

Nothing special about the breakfast. Location cannot be worse. Has nothing to do with the sea or any beaches. We asked for a room with a better view. They asked for extra 20 Leva ! Staff don't know English. Around the hotel is so steep. Difficult to go for a walk.

I liked the room, the food and the atmosfera. I really recomand this hotel for money how we paid!

I never go back

From the first minute to the last of our stay there was extremely unpleasantWe didn't have parking I paid for a room with sea view and I got one overlooking the parking lot, and much smallerI asked for a duple bed and got a room with two separate beds The food was horrible After the first evening both my wife and I had diarrhea, So we decided to stop eating cooked food from the hotel Drink extremely poor in obtuses and of poor quality I do not recommend even if it is for free

It was fairly quiet and the beach was not that far.

The staff doesn't speak english at all,or romania for that matter even if their clients are mostly romanians. The room was tidied but not cleaned. The wifi rarely works and you only have signal at the reception. The fridge didn't cool, the tv is small and everything is dubbed in bulgarian and you can't add subtitles.The food is barely any good and I'm not even that picky. You have few options to pick from. All the alcoholic beverages tasted the same, it's very low quality. The beer and sodas from the open bar are tasteless. I really thought I had covid up untill we went into town to eat and drink. The parking can only accommodate a certain amount of cars but we find free spots on the street.

When we arrived, there were no more parking spaces, we had to wait for a place to be vacated. The parking lot is very small. The room we received was not the one we saw in the pictures. I got a much smaller room. The shower was broken, it didn't work. There was a strange smell in the room. Even if it's all inclusive, I'm not tired of any meal. The food was not good. The pool is not heated. There are too few sunbeds and the space is small. I do not recommend it to a young couple, maybe only families with small children. We were not at all satisfied with the conditions there.

The location is far away from the center of Golden Sands. There were not so many facilities arouns the hotel like exchange and souvenir shop.

Nice swimming pool, specious room, all inclusive food and drinks it’s a big advantage, air conditioning.

Not enough parking spaces, no lifeguard at the swimming pool during our stay, far away from the beach - not really easy for walking with children, no good Wi-fi connection and speed.
