The food is excelent. Very well cooked meat. You can get beer, wine and some cocktails with all inclusive for free in the restaurant or from the pool bar. We asked for a double bed but we got 2 single beds placed next to each other, no biggie! We used only one anyway. "Very comfortable bed" ☺️?. Small cozy private pool with very clean water and enough sun and lounge chairs. We checked out at noon and we weren't charged for leaving the car in the parking lot for a few extra hours (10 BGN per day, you can pay with card). If you are an outdoor and sea loving person it is a great value!!

Old 3 star style hotel. Only once they did not changed the towels, which were old. Not enough shower gel, you need to have your own. Bathroom door frame was partially swollen at the bottom. Walls were a bit dirty and had few small cracks. Bad smell from the bath drainage. The hotel does not have a private beach and you need to rent lounge chairs, umbrella and mattresses but we knew that. (44 BGN only cash).

The staff was kind and welcoming, the room and the property was clean, the food was various, offered healthy choices and was very tasty, the location of the hotel is perfect (close to the center and the beach and far enough from the noise)

The toiletries were kind of cheap

They were very prompt and very helpful, even if I booked in a very short notice. They even offered to upgrade the room for us, free of extra charges, as we were 2 adults and one child. Being just only for one night, we didn’t want to, but they were very nice. The location is just great, the view to the pool was wonderful and the air was as clean as in the mountains. Good breakfast, good location, good value for the money. We loved everything.

I booked this accommodation for my parents, and they were absolutely thrilled with their experience! The hotel provided fantastic value for money, making it an excellent choice.The cleanliness of the place was impressive, and they loved the spacious room complete with a lovely balcony. The food was exceptional, my parents enjoyed every meal they had! A particularly beautiful gesture was when the staff prepared a delicious takeaway breakfast for them since they had to leave early in the morning – that made their stay even more special.Overall, I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone seeking a delightful experience! It truly exceeded my parents’ expectations. Many thanks for your hospitality!

Location into the tree from the hill, far from the noisy areas.

Was fine for 3 stars, you have what to choose for eat, the rooms were big, comfy.

Tasty food, super friendly staff. Excellent pool either with kids zone.

Quite clean room, but it can be better. Floor in the room feels dirty even after the room service. Tiny playground with poor equipment.

The All inclusive package may i say is the only thing ok for the hotel, it has free parking, but you need to wait for the reception or someone every time you want to exit the premises.

DO NOT GET ground floor room, the smell that the bathroom has ,omg, stinks, and not just stink, it is like you have the sewage in your room. All days that smell was persistent, and never left the room. This happened in all the rooms that we reserved ( we were attributed for all of them on ground floor ) . The distance to beach side, is like 10 min walk, to arrive you need to come down from the hill where the hotel is , but the problem is when you want to come back to the hotel as you need to "climb" it. The cleaning was done artificially , as there were hair left from the last attendances.

Nice pool area and food options both for breakfast and dinner. Staff was nice and room cleaned every day. Very comfortable beds and a nice quiet location away from all the noise of the main promenade.

No beach access included so you had to pay 25e to use the beach, not a big deal but when all chairs by the pool filled up at 9 it got a bit crowded. Also there seemed to be no one vacuuming under the bed and other furniture as this was very dusty.

Everything, the room was clean, great food and everyone was great

The cleaning lady every morning is coming around 10 am so if you want to sleep more in the mornings , you cant.

Food was as good and possibly even better than many 4* hotels with something for everyone. Pool area was really nice. Peaceful part of resort but close enough to beach and the busy centre.Room was large with good sized balcony and beds were very comfortable.

cozy hotel with friendly staff, comfortable room with a very good view of the hotel pool, good location, close to the beach area and also within walking distance to the central part of the resort , and free parking.

We stayed for a week and enjoyed it very much! Rooms are big, cleaned daily and have a balcony that offers very good privacy. Food was very good, with a lot of options to choose from.Staff was friendly and very helpful.

The choice of food for vegetarian was poor, quality low. No kettle in the room, fridge not good at all. The staff should not pick up dishes from the guest tables while they eat. Expected different.

The facilities of the hotel were ok, the rooms were clean and big. Food was great.

We were very excited for this holiday, but the staff was very rude and abnoctuse, and the drinks at the bar were not good quality i asked for a Margarita and i received fresh lemon juice no alcohol in it :)))) i couldn't drink it. I also told this to the manager.

Not much which is such a shame! If it wasn't for the pool and the guy working at the bar this place would have received 1 star!

Rude staff, cleaner who didn't clean, overcooked tasteless food etcStaff were miserable and not friendly at all, I'd go as far as to say ignorant! I thought possibly a culture thing but having seen some recent reviews from people from Bulgaria it seems it wasn't, as they also said rude staff!Cleaner wouldn't change sheets or make the bed. After the second 'clean' where I didn't even get a fresh towels I had to ask reception ''am I expected to make the bed?''' As she just kept leaving a fresh bed sheet at bottom of each single bed (pushed together for double) under the cover sheet but would never change or even just make the bed! Only after I had spoke reception did I receive fresh towels but she still just tried to hide the fact she wasn't making the bed with the cover sheet, - lazy!No time for this kind of service so I wouldn't allow her back in for last 2 days.Not impressed, I'd suggest finding somewhere better!

Location was not too bad. 10 min walk to the beach.The pool was nice and not too crowded. Greenery around the pool and the hotel was very nice during the hot summer time.The pool bar and service there was the best thing in this hotel.

The private parking opens only after you ask the hotel staff to open the barrier for you, which makes it uncomfortable to go in and out frequently.Difficult to park for check-in or temporary parking until someone opens the barrier of the parking lot. Some cars are constantly blocking the entrance of the hotel, relatives of the owner (as we were told once).The restaurant is over crowded for dinner, waiting in lines and no tables available to sit.The elevator is either too old or something is wrong with it as the doors have no sensor that someone is still on the path and crushed us few times; on the other hand it moves very slow...The apartments have a very weird arrangement: half bathroom (toilet) in one room, shower and bidet in the other... No hooks to put your clothes in the bathroom, which is very frustrating...On few occasions the staff was unwilling to provide service such as help us find tables at the restaurant, instead shouted at us trying to sit at a "reserved" table and complaining that her manager will be angry with her. Another one didn't provide toilet paper as we requested and very hesitantly provided towels again excusing herself with the manager being angry with her.I don't know what managers of this hotel do, but if the hotel personnel is so scared of doing their job (servicing their guests), speaks very poorly of those who run the hotel. We don't plan to come back here.Finally, the food had very few choices of vegetarian food, mostly salads, fries and pasta... No description of the ingredients of the food trays... if you are on a specific diet you need to be careful.
