Bonita Hotel

The sea view is absolutely fantastic ?Location is perfect - just across the beach The balcony is big - you have a lot of space for a comfortable "dolce farniente".Food was plenty and good.

Music from across the hotel was pretty loud in the evening, but that was to be expected, given the location.

Excellent breakfast, tasty and varied. There was everything for a really good and healthy breakfast. I loved the coffee at the lobby bar. The room was big enough and well equipped. Very clean. The bed was good and comfortable. The staff very polite and professional. Everyone seemed kind and friendly. The view from the 12 floor was truly incredible!

location is ok.. car parking was a lot more organised.. reception staff were betterbut appeared overwhelmed with more than 3 x guests at a time..

breakfast was disgusting.. cheap cold inedible rubbish.. toilets by pool bar absolutely stank of urine..room was small. tv was smallest ever seen with 2 x English channels... flashing lites from restaurantopposite room kept us awake most the nite along with noise from some cheap disco bar playing music far tooloud..

Excellent hotel with excellent location. 50 meters from the beach and a lot of cafe around. Beautiful seaview from balcony.

Breakfast was a bit shambolic, but its end of season so foregivableTV reception/functionality could be questionable, 2 fuzzy channels only, but you're not there to watch TV

Everything was ok! Good location of the hotel. The hotel is very close to the terraces and restaurants in the area. Panoramic sea view from the upper floors. The guys at the reception were very good, they were smiling all the time. We decided on the spot to take "all inclusive" and it was ok. We will get back to you when we have another chance.

The air conditioner in our room no longer had the deflectors for the air flow....but we managed...On the first day of accommodation, in the bathroom, from the drains on the floor, there was a sewage smell... I put some alcohol and it was solved....The employees at the dining room could be more cheerful... and the hotel manager could be present when the meal is served...

absolute disaster with car parking.. complete free for all.. staff had absolute no control of parking.. cars parked blocking in others. had to wait ages to get a vehicle to move.. reception staff blaming each others shift... efforts to speak to any ' manager ' failed as reception wouldnt pass on requests.. room was small & ill equipped.. no basic hotel info. no do not disturb sign. small TV with very poor signal & badly located.. thin curtains allowing flashing signs to be seen from outside.. stayed at this hotel many times but never again after this visit.. car parking saga was the last straw...

The hotel is on the beach and the view is very nice. Prices are decent, staff is friendly and the room was pretty clean.Breakfast is ok, not a lot of diversity though. If you manage to get a parking spot you car will be safe.I recommend Mojito beach bar, it's 3 min walking distance, nice sunbeds, great music and a lot of fun!

The Wi-fi was so bad, 95% of the time it didn't work so you need to have mobile data active (extra costs with roaming).The is a german bar close that is full every single night and they play loud music until 2-3 AM, very disturbing.The hotel has very few parking places, so you need to call the reception and request a parking place before you go there (i didn't know that). Staff was kind enough to find me one a day later after i checked in. A word of warning, parking in Bulgaria is a real nightmare, if you leave your care on the side of the road it will get towed, 100 leva tax to recover + 2leva/hour extra fees.

Located next to the beach, having rooms with sea view and a very beautiful panorama from 14th floor, plus a very hospitable staff !

The boys from the reception and the memory of this beautiful resort 40 years ago. It was classy, now it is trashy.

No possibility to park your car. There is a private parking space but limited too. No guarantee you can find a place to stay on the beach. More visitors than spots on the beach and very unpleasant staff serving you on the beach and on the most of the places everywhere in Golden Sands. Very dirty streets and green places. I will never return here again!
