Hotel Excelsior - All Inclusive

Absolutely perfect. Clean rooms, good food, nice accommodations! 10/10

I had an amazing time at this hotel! Everyone is incredibly nice and ready to help with any information you need. The food is so tasty and there are many options to choose from. Cleaning is done daily.

Very very nice and helpful staff, including reception, cleaning department, bartenders, cleaning personnel from the restaurant. Very decent and standard rooms for a 4* hotel. Congrats to the activities staff. Good value for money. The food and drinks were varied but not the best quality, I understood this because of the all inclusive services. Nice location, 13 min by foot to the main beach. Clean outside pool with nice staff there. A nice and comfortable stay for this money!

Staff was very friendly and good English speakers, food was great, also beverages.

2 big elevators would’ve been nice and sparkling water at the water machine.

Everything was wonderful, the staff friendliness, the rooms, the food, the cleanliness, and the current value for the money.

I like the thing that is ALL-INCLUISVE and you can enjoy the all inclusive at a reasonable price.

Staffs are not really happy, not all but most of the time. They probably don't like the job? No idea.

Nice hotel, not far from the beach. The entertainment programs was poor, and the quality of the food in the restaurant was okay. Bars close quite early imo. My room was big enough for my needs. Loved the service of the reception staff

By paying for all inclusive I expected to be offered parking. Had to pay additionally for the parking and it was at a muddy level, literally in between the hotels.

The food and the staff was very nice. The location is not too far from the beach or the town center. There are cots available on request. They changed pur towels on a daily basis even though we never asked for it, they also mopped the floors every day in our room.

The hotel is not baby friendly, we have stayed there with our 7mont old baby and it was quite difficult to get on with the stroller. No access to the pool and you have to go outside to get in the restaurant. The waiting staff were a bit too keen, they often took our plates even though we would of like to eat more. On arrival we had late check in and no lunch available, there was some snack near the pool but it was quite poor. The room was nice but we could of use some more space, and it could of use some extra cleaning. (There was a certain smell in the room even if we opened the balcony door)

Nice food facilities though we weren’t there to avail of the full array of the ‘all inclusive’ deals being there for a choral festival.

Somewhat rude staff. My jacket was stolen and I found it very difficult to approach any member of staff to enquire about it

Location is on a steep hill, tiring to walk to the beach.Food is ok but not great. The restaurant is very busy.

Room was very small. Balcony was small. The bathroom was kind of inside the room, part of the room. You have to beach for sun loungers on the beach. The closest beach is not great.

Big spacious room, small variety of food, but considering the price, it was ok, i found something to eat for every meal, we had a nice view at the mountains, in the back of the hotel, we had our towels changed (we stayed for 3 nights), the juice dispenser for Cola/Spirte etc had real Cola/Sprite etc

The staff is not very well trained, the parking spot was a joke, if you have a stroller or a chair for people with disabilities it s very difficult to go to the pool, they only have stairs, the don t have a ramp, 2 out of 5 plugs didn t work

Among a few minor things, the person who chose the Bulgarian white cheese should be considered a national traitor ...

The food was good and the stuff was lovely

The Superior room was to small for family of 4 ( 2 adults with 2 small kids)

The rooms are clean, the bed confortabile. The staff was nice.

The hotel is not that big as it's looks on the website and booking.The food is terrible. Poor quality, a lot of pikles and dresings, but not properly food. The little things they have are very cheap and untestty. Very expensive for what they offer.

The rooms were absolutely beautiful ,it had a double bed with a beautiful view from the sixth floor facing the sea .The rooms were modern and clean at all times (the cleaners re stocked everything each morning ).For two people it was the perfect size for our 5 night stay .There were good proportions of food for breakfast lunch and dinner each day as well as desert which saved us a lot of money by not having to buy food from the outside .Although the property is uphill (just like all the other hotels )the free shuttle service was very useful for our journey .Regarding the staff ,they were very useful and quick to react to your requests .As soon as plates pile up on the table they immediately remove them to give you a more comfortable space and whenever we were walking around the hotel ,there’s always someone cleaning up at all times .It was such a cozy and comfortable hotel to stay in .Also checking in was the fastest process as I was also worried it would take ages but the staff were very helpful and supportive .We came in before our checking in time which is usually 2:30 for everyone but there’s a room you can leave your luggage at and still walk around the hotel if youLike .There are also different entertainment for all ages every day such as bingo,mini disco for kids ,disco for adults etc. which got a lot of people involved .

Good value for money. Good variety of food, helpful staff and nice outdoor area with the pool. Waterpolo and water activities were organized during the day by the animators and you could tell that the guests had a good time. Another positive thing that they have a shuttle bus to the beach.

There was no gym, but they had table tennis

The food was diverted on the main restaurant. The room was ok for the value of it but thats it.

The food on the snack bar was horrible, in the program it said that we have live cooking at launch and dinner but it wasnt. The pool is open just until 5PM for me it was a big negative. I had more rooms booked and one of them was with a lot of imperfection, wall dirty, no towels in the room, like i sad horible. In the description it is saying that the hotel have slots for cars to park but it is not loke that, the collaborate with a parking lot which is at 10 minutes distance by the hotel and it is 20 leva ep day not per night.

Very far away from beach, the transfer bus was always busy. I paid for a sea view room and I get a room on the Ground Floor, no view just some green plants.Very busy, the same food almost every day and cheap food.I don't recommend this hotel , the worst experience we ever had.

Food, room, staff. We enjoyed our holiday.

The bed for the third person was not comfortable.
