Marina Grand Beach Hotel - All Inclusive Plus

The location is close to the beach, you only need to cross the cliff.

Although I booked a room with a sea and beach view, I received a room on the side of the hotel with a partial sea view, so that the sea could not be seen from the bed. this being an important aspect for us, which is why we had chosen this hotel, that room.

Nice staff and location

Poor wifi, cold pools, saunas and all recovery things extra pay and very expensive. Only one kitchen with big lines for everything. Quality of the food is questionables.

The sea view room from the 7th floor was great.

The food was not diverse. Also, not so tasty!In a 4 star hotel with SPA and pools, no towels and bathrobes. You could have them only with deposit.The water in the indoor pool could be warmer. You need to pay for the parking.

Was near to the beach.

STAFF LOOK LIKE THEY DONT WANT TO BE THER AND THEY DIDNT SMILE. DISCO WAS EACH EVENING BUT ONLY ONE HOUR. THE SO MANY THING IN Playroom was old or broken.

Poor quality of the cleaning services of both the dishes and the rooms. Lack of sufficient staff. The coffee mechines were too few, mostly out of coffee and dirty.

The rooms are big, clean and with a great view.

The pool area needs a bit of improvement (many broken umbrellas and sunbeds).

Quality and variety of food and drinks, the Spa, the personnel was very friendly. Chamber maids were very nice

Some areas of common use, e.g. staircases were less clean. Animation could do more activities.

I liked that the food was fresh

I didn't like that the hotel didn't look like it was in pictures. I had more expectations for how much money I paid. There was never anyone at the children's play area, even though they had a program between 10 - 12 and between 4 - 6. We asked for our shower gel to be changed because the device was not working, and they did not change it. The food was good, but almost every day it was the same food. In the description, we were told that they have parking , but we paid 70 euros for the parking lot, because in fact the hotel does not have parking. They don't have a private beach, you have to pay if you want to go to the sea. Broken pool chairs. I was not satisfied with the quality price.

The size of the room, comfortable beds, daily cleaning and change of towels. Kids pool.

Loud location - loud music on the beach day and night, so if you are travelling with children ask for a quite room from the start. The lifts are old and not very smart, could wait for 10 minutes for a lift. Only 3 coffee machines for breakfast, sometime not functioning , one water dispenser, same breakfast every day, undercooked food. Kid friendly meals means pasta sausages and pizza, old cereal. Wifi works only in the lobby, not in the rooms. We cut our trip short because of the food mainly and the crowdy beach.

The air conditioning was not strong enough, broken hairdryer in the bathroom, the pool seems small for high occupancy of the hotel

A hotel for every recommendation, the hotel staff kindly provided me with every help. The hotel is clean, tidy and modern. The hotel food is varied and very tasty. I will always return to this hotel

The food was OK, when something was empty they refilled it quite fast, the room was clean and comfy.The room was big and also had a great balcony. The room was cleaned each day.The staff was nice and helpful.

The sauna was extra, and for just an hour was 35lv / person aprox 18 euro, also the parking was 120lv/day. The drinks were not great not terrible (cheap drinks label from Bulgaria)

The suit was amazing. Large rooms with balcony and gorgeous sea view. The hotel has an excellent location, as close to the beach as you can get.

The food was not at the level of the accommodation. Was not bad, but neither tasty or diverse. The coffee was not good at the machines in the restaurant but in the suit you can make your own on a nice pods coffee-maker which was great.

The food is very poor, low budget, the pool is small and not very clean.

The comfort of the room, the food for all tastes, and the location near the beach/sea, were the main reasons that made us choose this hotel for the second time. The staff was very kind and responsive to requests. For those who choose rooms with a sea view, they will not regret it, you will be able to admire a sunrise directly from the balcony.

Parking is whit paying by day (10 BGN/day). Most of the surrounding entertainment venues were closed at the end of the season. Among all the facilities offered (and there are many), the GYM part was far below expectations. The GYM room is next to the indoor pool somewhere in the basement, an unventilated space, dirty with a lot of dust and cobwebs, dirty, outdated equipment (some even defective or overused). PLEASE CLEAN IT and select the bad equipment to fix/change !!!

Nice area, clean, good beach

You have to pay a lot for the beach. Umbrella and bed, and nothing included in this resort. And it's sad(((

The proximity to the beach, the cleaning lady(adorable)!

They told me that the indoor pool was 25 degrees, in reality, it was much, much colder, I guess it was 20degrees.
