Park Hotel Odessos - All Inclusive

The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind. From the moment I arrived, they greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel truly valued as a guest. Everyone was happy to help and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Their excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for the great hospitality!

I had several issues during my stay. The smell in the hallways and rooms was extremely unpleasant — a strong musty odor that made the environment uncomfortable.The food options were also disappointing. There were very few choices for guests who do not eat pork or alcohol-based dishes. Even though my room included all meals, I ended up eating outside most of the time.The air conditioning was another major issue — it barely worked and the room was often too warm. Additionally, the mattress was uncomfortable, which affected the quality of my sleep.

The hotel is conveniently located, just about a 7-minute walk to the beach. The meals were excellent, even for picky eaters. The restaurant staff was well-behaved and polite, despite working long hours, from around 6/7 AM to 11 PM. The reception team were excellent, always addressing our concerns promptly. Bartender inside the hotel ??The rooms were in good condition with fresh repair. By the end of September, the outdoor pool was 23°C, but the indoor pool was comfortably heated to 29-30°C.

Cleanliness could have been better in the whole hotel. We stayed at the end of the season, and during the last days of our stay (September 27-30), the cleaning staff did not empty our trash and replenish toiletry stuff. Additionally, it seemed that the nightstands hadn't been cleaned before we checked in, as we found hair and a forgotten croissant in them.

The food is really good, the drinks are drinkable, rooms are clean, they do cleaning everything day, the location close enough from the beach.

Very nice hotel, close to the beach without having to climb stairs.Great food! We appreciated the good taste, the variety and freshness of all our meals.The staff was always friendly and smiling, no matter how tired they were at the end of the season.

Maybe improve the elevators, they are sometimes difficult to catch

This was our third time here, and we enjoyed every time. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. We want to give special recognition to the baristas at the lobby bar—they were fantastic! Everyone made sure we felt well taken care of. We were also pleasantly surprised by the birthday greeting, which we really appreciated. Overall, a fantastic experience!

In the snack bar, the staff could be a bit more friendly.

I think the hotel is good if you have a holiday with your family or if you want to travel on a budget. The staff is friendly, rooms are clean and the pool area is really nice.

Don’t have expectations too high. But all in all, it’s a decent hotel.

Very bad coctails

- The pool was fine, there were enough sunbeds for everyone - Sea view from the room and we have a spacious room- Friendly staff- The hotel is close to the beach, approx. 5 min walk (recommend going to mojito beach) - We found a parking space in front of the hotel that was guarded- The staff collects very quickly the plates and the glasses used by tourists from the table, but often they also take the glass you are drinking at that moment, even if it isn't empty, without asking for approval (for example, my half-full pack of cigarettes was taken from the pool table when I wasn't there, the staff thinking it was garbage, so whatever you have don't leave it on the pool table, better put it in your bag).

- You wait too long for the elevators and some even break down- The terrace I don't think it has been cleaned for a very long time - The cleanliness wasn't as expected- The food is not for picky eaters, generally it s prepared without salt and pepper, which is a bit unpleasant and many dishes are very oily. Instead, a plus is the fact that we always found enough fruit and the breakfast was good.- The animation team wasn't as expected.

Everything else apart from....

The room was full of sand and hair. One of the elevators did not work, so you had to wait a lot to get one of the remaining two, considering that the hotel was fully booked. The food choices were less and worse compared to the last 3 years. Also, we got a room with balcony facing the mini-disco stage where rhey had evening events with adults and kids. And the voice of the kids entertainer lady was horrible! It scratched your ear drum! Keep in mind that the WIFI is extra slow.

Close to the sea, wonderful varied food, polite staff.

They put one tiny piece of soap per room, and then the cleaning lady had to remind and ask to put the soap. On the 4th day of rest, I simply bought a large bar of soap in the store and used it. The cleaning lady stopped putting soap in altogether (why should I if I already bought it myself ?). During the week of our stay, the floor was not washed even once; I wiped away the stains and removed the crumbs with toilet paper. The floor was washed on the day of departure. The room is due at 12.00, and the floor is washed at 10.00. How did it happen? ??‍♀️ There are also problems with shower gel. When we arrived there was none at all, I asked the cleaning lady to pour it into the dispenser, she poured it for exactly one shower (a little more than a tablespoon). One day she had a day off and there were other cleaners, she asked them, so they just gave her a new bottle. This is what I understand. ?? And begging for soap and shower gel in a 4 star hotel is unforgivable. Number 207.

Good location, good staff and a good value for youre money. It's a perfect place to spend your holiday with your family. The room was big and spacious, we also had a balcony from where we could see the sea. There are spaces in the hotel where you or youre kids can spend time and have fun. The food was great and you could always find something to eat. Big plus for the animation team and the Restaurant staff, they work very hard to please you and they really bring a plus value to this place.

The water in the pool was a little bit cold and the drinks are a bit diluted.

Stews were excellent, chef was clearly an expert in those. Overall also the best all inclusive food I have had. Male bartender was also higly professional, very polite and tentative. As a Finnish, private sauna was really nice touch. We were staying on off-season, so it was free for prior notice once a day (30min). Jacuzzi was also included in the reservation.Free beach area was really near.

The AC was central unit, so the cooling was not the best.

Some of the staff were rude when asking for anything no hospitality at all. The room was cleaned once the shower was broken no tea or coffee. If your English choose another hotel . My partner got huffed at in the kitchen for trying to say the coffee machine was broken.

Nice place, good food, close to beach, nice staff

Rooms are clean and big, comfortable bed, good food, except breakfast, every meal is different from one day to another, our room was cleaned every day except 1 day (we stayed 8 days), staff is very friendly even if not all of them speak English. Shows for kids every day, during the day and evening. Playgrounds inside and outside. Overall, great holiday, good location and very close to the beach.

The only 2 things we did not like were the poor quality of the WiFi, we had to use data roaming and the second thing, the glasses from the beverage section in the restaurant were barely cleaned. Lip marks and grease on all of them, I had to wipe them every time. Except those, everything was clean and nice.

Food was different everyday, pool is really clean, staff is really friendly.

The cleaning team did not come to our room to change the towels and refill the shampoo/shower gel. We stayed 4 days, and on 3 ocasions we spotted the cleaning lady in our neighbours rooms, but never came to ours, and we didn't ask because we tought it was going to happen without our intervention.
