The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience, always so kind and attentive. To our surprise, they even upgraded our room for free, which made our stay even more special. - The noise from the street, walls and windows are like paper :(
- -uncomfortable pillows-in the evening we couldn't find a parking space, luckily we had the opportunity to park at the Anda hotel across the street-in 6 days not a single towel was changed, not even the one for the face and hands, I honestly waited for them to change at least some of them because they left us a note saying that the towels will be changed every 3 days and if we want them to be changed sooner than this term, we leave them on the ground and they will be replaced for €15
- It was a bit too hot in the room, but it's also an advantage, when you come from the all day skiing :)

Very nice hotel and rooms interior, cozy atmosphere.Very helpful staff, with italian-like hospitality and kindness. Also the hotel is close (5 mins by walk) to the starting point of the lifts, which gets you to the Sella Ronda ski slopes.
It was a bit too hot in the room, but it's also an advantage, when you come from the all day skiing :)
