Pros +
- Took a day trip here to visit the QC Terme. Great location, close to restaurants and easy parking. Very basic rooms, but comfortable enough. The shower was modern with good water pressure. Nice indoor pool, gym, and sauna.
- Great breakfast, nice and big room.Great sauna and pool to enjoy after skiing. Great value for money.
- Cozy, good breakfast, easy parking, good bed. Great views. Centrally located.
Cons -
- Reception allowed us a late checkout, but cleaning staff barged into the room in the morning, even with the “do no disturb” sign on the door.
- The distance to ski lift is not the best, needs to use car or bus. Limmited restaurants options in walking distance.
- Sheets didn’t get changed. Blinds weren’t working. Room a bit spartan.

The breakfast and dinner were amazing, different choices every day, very accommodating staff. Pool, sauna, kids club, life music at night. We loved everything about this hotrl.
good location, friendly stuff, excellent dinner, amazing coffee, great rooms, nice spa - very helpful after skiing to relax a bit
blanket without duvet cover, not cozybreakfast was quite poor without vegetables, salat, even no tomatoes. spa works only from 2.30 till 7 pm, not enough time
This is our third stay in this hotel and we'll definitely we'll be back! Great location, both for those arriving by car, as there is a large parking lot, or for the ski bus, as stop is close to the hotel. From here you can get to and explore different ski areas. Breakfast and dinner are great! The staff is friendly and helpful and hasn't changed over the years. The pool and saunas are the best way to relax your muscles after hitting the slopes.
Everything was great! The hotel staff was very professional, friendly and dedicated to meeting all our needs. Varied breakfast, excellent dinner, well thought out entertainment in the lobby before and after dinner. All in all, a well run hotel by the management and all recommendations for choosing a hotel in Trento for wonderful skiing in the Dolomites
The hotel is in a fantastic location, very close to the skiing slopes (we went there by foot)! The included breakfast and dinner are very very generous. The staff are helpful and kind! Overall, a great stay!
The hotel has a lot of rooms but the wellness area can only host maybe 20 people at once. Also having some water or tea in the wellness area would have been nice to rehydrate after the sauna. Also the rooms were extremely hot even after turning off all the heating.
Clean rooms, friendly staff
First night when I was exhausted and wanted to rest, there was a party with loud music that made me very irritated, I had to call reception and complain but nothing changed. poor Wi-Fi and overcrowded spa.
What an amazing trip we had. Everyone made us feel like family from the moment we checked in up until we checked out. Colin, Joana, Florenz, house cleaning, dining staff, bar tender, pool staff, and the DJ were amazing and always smiling. Breakfast - everything was wonderful. We had Christmas Eve and Christmas dinner and both were mouth watering delicious. Our niece was allergic to nuts which was a concern for us but Joana and the dining staff were exceptional in ensuring there were no nuts in her food and explaining what she could have from the breakfast bar.Oh, we did the wine tasting which was very cozy, meat and cheese delicious, and the wine was exceptional. Joana did a wonderful job explaining the flavors and what meat/cheese paired with the wine. The hotel was clean, very warm and inviting, and the food was fabulous. This was such a memorable trip, thank you to everyone at Hotel Trento. We are already planning our return trip, see you next time. Kevin and Mandy
