The breakfast display was fantastic!

The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was amazing - lots of variety and very good. The location was perfect for us because we were planning to visit the QC Terme Dolomiti

The room was really nice and clean, the bed super comfortable, cute balcony with an amazing view. The breakfast was perfect and the staff very friendly.
Location, some of the stuff, the view
The property wasn’t ready for our arrival. One room didn’t have the bed prepared, another had an issue with a sink. The problem was resolved after our request. The room is not comfortable and pretty old, it should not cost 130 euros per night. The shower also had issues. The breakfast was not very bad, but also was not a good one.

Parking, walking distance to everything you need, nice clean comfortable rooms, great spa area.
When some food was eaten at breakfast buffet, it was not refiled/readded like eggs or croissants.
The property was okay and the staffs were super friendly.
Only issue was due to the season I assume, not many people were staying. This also meant the sauna/spa was not available and restaurant not open for dinner - only breakfast provided.This was unexpected and not very cool because they are one of the reasons we book them - if these facilities won't be available, guests needs to be informed atleast before arrival or even compensate as Facilities play a great role in decision making.
Good breakfast, very nice spa with whirlpool and 3 saunas, location was nice and perfect for driving to most areas around the Dolomites, walking distance to the center of town
