Very nice place, comfortable bed, warm rooms (we went in October), delicious breakfast, very nice view from the window

    8KarenPosted on: 10-14-2024

The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very helpful. Able to easily log in to Netflix and use the WiFi. Beautiful location.

The room was a bit sparse and drab and could do with a bit more decoration to make it feel more welcoming. Provision of tea/coffee making facilities in the room would have been nice.

Very good price considering it is in a great location, close to many popular sites at the Dolomites. The room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast is delicious and very complete.

Wifi did not reach our room.

Bed is comfortable and room is in right temperature.

The room windows has no curtains or blinds that could darken the room. At 8PM it is still bright. I used my jacket to cover the window

nothing i didn't stay. we'd tool 2 rooms and canceled it as we come to hotel

the hotel was soffer from a sewage smell and they tried to hide it with kind of odore. it was impossible to stay there. so we left this is why i ask for return the money back to me.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. It was quiet around and close to the ski slopes. Free private parking.

The rooms need to be renovated. The price was to high for what we got, we hoped to have a better breakfast.

The welcoming staff at the front desk was very kind and helpful, location was OK - the bus stop was just across the street and nearest centre 800m by foot, + there was free parking. The balcony was big!

Main problem was sound isolation, the balcony (we had a street view) did not close properly, so we could hear every car and cleaning cars all trough the night, so the sleep was bad. The doors to the corridor also didn't close properly, so we could hear everyone talking and walking by our room. I'll add apicture to understand how bad the door was-you can insert fingers in between 'closed door' The room had an old feeling, the ceiling was stained and cracked, the 'artwork' above the bed was all crooked and it would be better to just take it off, you could see all the dirt above the bed on the white walls, there were some fresh paint spots on old walls trying to cover something up. Also a big minus - the ski room didn't use hot air for drying the boots, so our snowboard boots were wet in the morning, so we ended up brining them to our room and drying them in the wc, which was not pleasant, if you know what I mean. And the breakfast - it was the best on Friday/Saturday when the hotel is full, after that you can see that the next morning there are leftovers from the previous one (like yesterday's tomatoes and cakes). The bacon and omlette was cold and covered in white, cold fat if we came very early (7:30) to the breakfast, so we had to wait for the food to warm up in the trays. I felt like you could have a warm food by the serving time. We did get a +- good price for the hotel, but I genuinely feel sorry for those who paid more for this hotel.

Nice food and hotel. Hotel was lovely and warm. I liked this hotel the fist time I used it so I was happy to use it again.

The walk to the ski bus stop was often treacherous. The roads are cleared but not the footpaths. Not the fault of the hotel though!

    9AndrewPosted on: 1-27-2024

Middle of Val Di Fassa. Ski bus system works brilliantly

It's a pity the footpaths don't get cleared like the roads...

Very helpful staff during the stay. Reception team helped me when I needed a charger for my iPhone and came to help me when I locked myself out of the room outside of reception desk hours. The hotel room had great heating that could be controlled with thermostat in room and big radiators to dry clothes after a day snowboarding. There was always hot water for the shower. Breakfast had a good selection of cereal, cold cuts, bread, scrambled eggs, bacon, croissants, cakes etc.

Shower tray size on the small size in a single room but I cannot fault anything else.

    6LauraPosted on: 1-5-2024

We liked mountains Mountain View and it was close to the ski lifts, good parking area and ski room

Property is very old and definitely needs renovation the price was very high compared to what it offered.

    2SonjaPosted on: 10-1-2023

Old and not renovated, the walls extremely thin, the windows also. We couldn't sleep despite a closed window die to the noise of cars on the street outside. It's ok if you urgently need to sleep somewhere for a night but I would go back

Good for one night and staff very helpful and kind. The buffete for Breakfast is enough

Too close to the road you can hear the cars passing. The bathroom needs some renovation.

Great views from the hotel of the mountains. Great value for money for the area. Parking was easy. Would stay again!

Shower was quite small however was fine for both of us and the water pressure was good.
