hotel is located in walking distance from downtown infront of hotel amazing views of mountains , river and lots of green great for biking, jogging restaurants close by (also in hotel) jacuzzi for free in hotel free parking hotel staff are super nice

Fantastic location right next to a lift that takes you to the top of the mountain where there are multiple cafes. Also the staff were very friendly and the breakfast and amenities were all great (we especially enjoyed the jacuzzi!)

Room had a weird odor when we first arrived but it dissipated after opening the windows for a while.

Everything! Perfect location, great staff and facilities, great view. The jacuzzi with cocktails was amazing. Very close to the funicular where you can explore the mountains.

The only thing that I can think of is the elevator, which was slow and over occupied

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations — from the welcoming staff to the beautiful surroundings and relaxing atmosphere. We were able to fully unwind and recharge, both body and soul. A perfect place for a peaceful and memorable getaway. Highly recommended!

The position of hotel at the centre of dolomites

The position in relative of the neighboard road . There was noise of the road s traffic

We stayed three nights in X Alp Hotel. We took two double rooms for our family.The views from the hotel are amazing, the hotel itself is beautiful and so are the rooms.Breakfast was great, lots of variety of fresh local produce.The service of the front desk and the waiters in the dining room was always great.

Nothing, it was great

Cosy and modern in both rooms and communal spaces. Breakfast was very nice with quality ingredients and plenty of choices. The spa facilities are also nice.

we get very good and big rom, but the shower in the rom was to small compare to the rom

The X Alp is a great hotel to use for the Val di Fassa area. The location is great due to the ski lift virtually in the car park and a walk into Pozza for more shops etc takes only 10-15mins. There are a few smaller shops, bars, restaurants in Pera itself only a couple of minutes away. Canazei is about 10 mins by bus or car.All the staff I met at the hotel were great, the 4 waiting staff in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner were superb and were very efficient and professional, the guy that runs the bar made me feel at home and provided a great selection of treats to go with drinks ordered and the reception staff were also very helpful and efficient.There is a very comfortable bar and sitting area in the hotel with nice views to the mountains, also a good outdoor seating area with comfy chairs and blankets. Ski room is good with boot heaters, locker and easy access to car park. The walk from the ski room to the small Ciampedie area ski lift is about 100 steps.Breakfast at the hotel was great, well above the average and had hot options as well as the usual continental.Dinner in the 4U Bistro (I paid for HB) was really nice and included 4 courses. The desserts were especially good. I always felt very full after the evening meal! Drinks are reasonably priced in the restaurant and bar.Really nice stay at the X Alp, I would definitely look at staying there again next time I’m in the Dolomites.

Very friendly staff, great location, clean rooms, great breakfast.

The hotel was renovated in 2021, providing new, clean facilities. The room was spacious, provided all needed amenities, and had a nice view with a large balcony. Staff was very friendly and helpful with any requests. Parking is hassle free in front of the hotel (even charging stations for EV vehicles). Breakfast provided a nice selection every morning.

Despite being only 20km from Sellaronda, it takes about 45 minutes to drive there. The town of Pera where the hotel is located doesn't have much to offer, you will likely go by car to a nearby location.

Very nice hotel. cozy, clean with very friendly staff. Tony and Ronnie made sure we had all the amenities. I had a problem with the car and they fixed it very quickly.

Lovely room, great location next to a chair lift, quiet, comfortable and warm. Good restaurant and nice sauna. The highlight was the welcome - the room we were initially given was quite noisy (clumping footsteps of people above) so the kind receptionist gave us another, bigger room, which was ideal. We would have stayed longer but the place was fully booked.

Leaving was difficult

Comfy room, professional service, and excellent amenities (jacuzzi, spa). Super convenient location for alpine and nordic skiers. Very good breakfast and excellent restaurant with menu changing everyday
