Pros +
- Lovely place with very nice owners. Always willing toassist. Good breakfast. The room was comfortable too. We had a bath tub, although a shower is preferred. The owner even played the guitar for us in the evening.
- The room is nice, breakfast is basic, nothing to fuss about, location is 10min walk from center of Pozza di Fassa. Towels are changed daily, you have access to a balcony.
- I enjoyed the mountains and snow it’s been about 5 years since I last went snowboarding so it was nice to go again.
Cons -
- The bath tub
- It's a bit noisy if your room faces the street, especially if it rains.
- It would have been nice if I was informed that the staff would be coming into my room everyday to clean while I’m gone. Not just when I get home I see everything rearranged from how I like it. It’s nice that they do it I just would prefer to be informed first.

The cleanest place with the nicest owners. Solid breakfast, walking distance to ski lifts.
The hotel is run by the nicest people we have ever met in Italy. The place is extremely clean. Everything was great, especially the location for skiing-you can walk to lifts.
Very clean room and facilities and great staff. Parking was good.
Nothing to note.
The owner was very friendly, changed our room immediately when we asked for it (because of a mistake in my booking), and suggested many nice events in the city. The room was nice, with everything needed (there is even a radio near the bed), and the hotel's position was amazing.
The room smelled a bit when we first entered.
Nice location friendly staff spacious room
Late and last minute check-in possible. Private parking.Nice breakfast. Possible as from 07h30.Helpfull and flexible staff. Good price.
Somewhat older room but everything you need is there. Very close to QC Terms
The breakfasts were very good and had everything I needed to set me up for a days skiing. The skiing in this area is perfect for me. The relaxed atmosphere in all the cafe's on the mountain are a bonus when travelling alone. Very polite staff that always has time for a chat.
Hotel is easy to find and the ski bus station is just in front of the parking lot. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The owners and all the staff were very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel :)
All Apres ski are located in Canazei so you have to drive there
Very kind singing owner, who met us at very late night and gave a lot of practical advicesOld cool stuff like in-wall radioBeautiful views from balcony
Breakfast was too modest like in all similar hotels
Rooms are clear, staff are very friendly and kind, breakfast excellent,
Nice breakfast with warm hospitalityClosed to QC terme
No refrigerator in room
The host was super super nice. Made sure that we came safely when we went to QC Terma (3 min by car) and showed great hospitality. The view from the balcony was astonishing, the breakfast was nice. Overall great experience
Great location. Amazing staff and really good breakfast
Fabulous location, the staff are very friendly, great advice on restaurants, I would definitely recommend.
Pleasant
The breakfast was quite poor with highly processed food. No alimentary fibers, foods high in simple sugars, industrial-red meated cold cuts, freeze-dried ananas and orange juices and white bread.
It was so cold in the room that I caught a cold!
It was very cold in the room!. I also got a cold because of this. It really ruined my vacation. The first evening, when I felt how cold it was, I went to the reception to ask them to turn up the heat and I received a great answer: "The temperature in the room cannot be turned up because that is what the law" says. "It was given this year a law requiring that in winter the temperature should not be higher than 19° C, and in summer it should not be lower than 25° C". In addition to this statement, he calmly tells me: "Put on thicker clothes!"The point is that this law exists, but it is only for public entities, not for private ones. And, as far as I know, hotels are private entities. As a result, this whole matter is only for the economy of the owner's pocket.
We had a nice view from our room. Hotel is in good location surrounded by mountains. They gave us reservation and discount for QC Therme. My wife liked temperature in the room. For me it was too hot.
Breakfast could be better. There was just one sort of cheese, no warm meal (eggs, sausages, etc.). Quite a lot of light pink color everywhere.
