GH Hotel Monzoni

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Monzoni. The location was great and views surrounding the hotel were picturesque. We enjoyed breakfast and the central location that enabled us to walk/explore the city. Our only complaint is the lack of parking space.

Limited parking at the hotel, dinner is not worth considering restaurant options within walking distance, in the quadruple room the bunk bed is small and possibly only good for kids not adults

WHEN WE FOUND OUT THAT THE ROOM WAS TOO SMALL FOR A LONG STAY, WE WERE GIVEN A BIGGER ONE RIGHT AWAY.

We stayed in summer. The location was good, and there were several restaurants within walking distance. Driving distance to lifts was convenient. The room itself was ok- clean, bathroom was decent. Breakfast was ok- except for the coffee.

The hotel tried to charge us for a bar charge- we never went to the bar. Room was so loud due to street noise and people parking and working on motorcycles and night that I didn’t sleep at all for the two nights we stayed. Basically a hostel- if you are ok with a hostel. Worst coffee ever and huge line for coffee machine.

Location.

The bed is awful. The window in the bathroom shuts with a nail. The balcony door can’t fully open. One can hear people walking in the room above/around. Dryer for ski boots not working. Poor breakfast.

Super nice and helpful, helped us right away whether it’s the discount for the qc terms or key troubles, they always had a smile on and helped us with everything!!

Value for money, the food was very good and a 11 out off 10 for the staff.

Rooms were very very small, also there was no heating till 4pm. Not everyone travels to that place for skiing. When I told the recepsionist the room is cold and I am wet from the rain, she just said there is no heating till 4 p.m. WOW also the elevater was always dirty.

Bed too small, a little bit too noisy from the road and Church. No elevator for the section of the hotel I was staying. single room a little too small.

Rooms are very clean and you get clean towels every day.

Rooms are definately very small and it is impossible to sleep at the bunk bed. Food was horrible at the beginning of the stay but later it has been improved and was quite good

The location was great and there were many breakfast options (Coffee, fruits, proteins, etc).There was also a swimming pool where you could relax.

The room was too small and wasn't worth the price. There was no curtain for the bathroom so while showering, the floor becomes very wet. The staff did not inform us that we had to pre-book for dinner ahead of time so we had to go out of the hotel to find another restaurant for dinner.The staff did not inform us that we had access to the free Trentino bus/services, which made us spend a lot on the taxi that took us to the hotel. They only informed us about the free bus service when we asked which was two days before our checkout.The swimming pool closes by 7 pm.

Everything perfect. Good location with shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Renovated, comfortable rooms with fantastic balcony with views. Wonderful buffet breakfast included in the price. Nice staff. Highly recommendable.

The hotel seems to have been recently updated. The bed room and bath were well decorated and modern. The dining room and bar were also very clean and modern. We were on half-board and found the meals tasty and filling. We discovered a couple of wines that are new to us at dinner that we really enjoyed.

I don't really enjoy a firm bed and the double bed was quite firm. On the positive side the pillows were great!
