The room, food and spa massage

The relaxation room was very lovely. The spa treatments also had good variety and were executed wonderfully. Dinners were good but breakfast was average. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful and the views were nice

In the afternoon the bar opened for drinks but sometimes it was hard to get one as the bartender often wandered from the bar

Abdolutely loved the location of the hotel, in the center of town next to a farm with great views of the mountainside. Sauna, pool, and whirlpool were amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying here!

The facilities were amazing. The family staff was wonderful. The meals were fantastic. We had dinner at the hotel the first night because of our late arrival. It was so delicious and great value that we had dinner there each of our three nights!

There was nothing not to like.

Perfect stay! Friendly staff, delicious food nice decorations in hotel. Hotel has free, private ski shuttle, therefore no issue getting to the slopes. In the evening, cozy place where you can enjoy drink and snacks. Nice restaurant. Will be back for sure!

Noise isolation in the room could be better, as you can hear your neighbors.

Very welcoming! We loved the included breakfast—lots of delicious options. The hotel was extremely clean. Our rooms were large and modern. Parking was easy. We enjoyed dinner onsite as well. Would recommend for a relaxing, quiet retreat!

The staff is amazing, the restaurant is excellent, and the spa zone is great.

It’s almost not noticeable, but the caw farm is in front. So you have the whole village experience

Everything, bedroom, food - breakfast & dinner, pool, jacuzzi. Great selections of wine. Bed is so comfy. I love soup, pasta , fish and vegetables- all super delicious , and scrambled eggs with speck too!

The best part of our stay was the food that was really delicious, both for breakfast and dinner, BUT again more expensive than in better hotels! The waiter was very professional, kind and a delightful person, as was our breakfast waitress! The room was spacious and clean.

The room we got was large but hardly deserves 3 stars. The noise from the flushing of the toilet of the next-door room was so loud that it woke us up each time someone used it and sometimes it was 4 times a night. The mattresses were extremely hard so we didn't get a good night's sleep 6 nights. The light in the room is so poor that you couldn't see the clothes in your cupboard and reading was hard. The bathroom needs a redecoration (as does the room) as it is at least 30 years old and not nice. The pictures on their website are misleading as they show photos of the new part of the hotel. The whirlpool was not operational and the pool only for 4.5 hours. The hotel is very overpriced for what it has to offer and more expensive than one of the best hotels in town. The picture of the hotel shown on the website is from the yard, which you actually don't see! The hotel is actually on a minor street near a farmhouse and is not ideal! An uncovered parking during winter is not a good choice, many other hotels in San Vigilio have garages. The owner never smiled and even failed to greet. He was not pleased to the point of almost being enraged when I commented on the mattress and said those were new mattresses. To be fair, he sent the cleaning lady with some duvets to put on our mattresses to make them softer, but that hardly made a difference.

I liked everything, the location, the nature , the staff, breakfast was excellent, and genuine food.The room was very big and very clean.

The only fact which I didn't like was the day when I left that place

I do not know how to explain the high standards of the hotel. You just have to go there and see for yourself. When you stay at a hotel in the mountains and you meet people who have been coming to the hotel for over 49 years you can understand how wonderful the hotel is.Breakfast Excelent - no hot box all cooked and delivered to your tableRoom - clean with comfortable bedsDinner - wonderful variety and tasteParking outside the doorI could go on and on.

This also the last hotel of our trip, we really got the best relaxation here. The room is neat and full of Alps pastoral style. It was quite in the room and the bed is cozy, so we could sleep better than ever in the whole trip.Every stuff we encountered was super kind, especially the lady at reception. She was helpful and could recommend us good SPA options :)Btw, SPA, massage and sauna services are really worthy!We also loved the very delicious breakfast. Various options and everything is served freshly. All in one sentence: we would love to visit this hotel again!

The fee for pet residence is quite high (25 €/night) compared to other hotels we had.

Beautiful location and the perfect hotel for the chance to relax and unwind.The hotel spa had everything we needed and we made regular use of the facility to rest weary limbs after enjoying some of the incredible cycle routes and sight-seeing walks in the vicinity.We'd also been well catered for at breakfast thanks to plenty of variety and the hotel's attentive staff.

The friendly staff and familiar atmosphere. Excellent service at all times. A great base for walks in the mountains and relaxing by the pool in the afternoon.

the location is ok.

1. toilet paper not flushed when I first got into room.2. all facilities were closed.3. staff kinda of cold4. we're allocated to very old rooms, everything is old or broken, including the hair dryer
