- The hotel was very nice. The staff made the stay outstanding! The food was exceeded our expectations. The staff even let us into breakfast early to ensure we were able to go to the Sellaronda early.

Cons -
- The rooms and dining room were very hot. We could not turn down the heat in the rooms. When we were sitting at breakfast and dinner we were sweating and very uncomfortable. We are American and I realize we are used to cooler spaces however, the ability to turn off the heat is a necessity. We couldn’t even use our comforter at night and wore shorts and t-shirts to breakfast.

The Hotel was close to the lifts. The views from our windows were spectacular. The breakfast was good. The pool and sauna was nice. The staff were friendly.

The food in the restaurant was extraordinary, and I truly recommend it to everyone who wants to taste the best dishes in the region. In the hotel, you can feel the family vibe; everyone is super friendly.
The gaming room is not allowed for kids. Only the swimming pool is a place where the younger kids can play in the afternoon. There was also a lack of water to drink or a kettle in the room. Maybe there could be an open place in the hotel for everyone to make themselves a cup of tea.
Good food, great staff. Had a lot of fun at the shooting range. Magnificent view from the room.

Staff very very friendly and helpful. Location was close to the ski lift. 5 minutes walk (uphill)The dinner was great.
We were stuck with a table in the very corner which wasn't the best atmosphere.The property was over priced.Swimming pool and spa was in the basement and does not have outdoor pool.Spa area without windows.The property was too hot for comfort.Breakfast did not have enough healthy options.No tea or coffee making facilities in the room.no drinking water in room.
