Pros +
- We loved the hotel architecture and the decor. The pool and spa area were exceptional, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. The welcome from the front desk by Maurice was wonderful. Our waitress, Vanessa was exceptional, and we loved to see her smiling face each day at breakfast and dinner. The food was superb, and we loved the tea and sweets at 5 pm. This hotel was the highlight of our 3 week visit to northern Italy. I would highly recommend staying there.
- Very generous and delicious breakfast buffet. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and I think it got better over the week, with consistent quality and enough variety to keep it interesting. Staff were lovely, multilingual and helpful. Relaxed atmosphere was perfect for our kids and the pool setup was a highlight for them. Adults loved the sauna / spa / relaxation area too. Ski boot room was convenient and comfortable - a short walk from the gondola.
- location and very friendly staff and kind hospitality and good service. ahort walk 1 min to piste. piste on the left has ski lockers (and is closest piste)
