Excellent location!! Beautiful views from the rooms, restaurant, patios!! Terrific staff at the reception desk.

Not a big problem, however, having to reserve table for dinner a day in advance is not convenient, especially when one arrives around dinner time / in the evening.

The only plus of the hotel is its location, views and kind reception. Everything else is unfortunately all bad and does not meet the expectations of a 4star hotel

I'll start with breakfast, which was the worst during our two-week trip through Austria and Italy. And I was expecting something amazing from a 4star hotel. Breakfast deserves one star ?. The staff looked like they were just trainees from school, which of course isn't necessarily a bad thing right away. But if you get coffee at the bar in a 4star hotel, and you have to take it to the table yourself, I haven't experienced that yet. The advantage of the hotel su beautiful views, but if you want to have breakfast at the window with a view, so quickly forget about it. We were among the first to go to breakfast, but of course all the interesting seats by the window were reserved and all the time during our breakfast those tables were empty. Very bad oranization. And wellness? The hotel has wellness hotel in its name. But if you want to enjoy romantic moments in a luxury hotel with wellness you will be disappointed. You even pay extra for the wellness and it's a tiny room with two saunas and one Jacuzzi, all wrong. Yes, if you like to play tennis and enjoy hiking, it may suit you. But the hotel has fallen asleep to the times and is no longer what it used to be. We were probably the youngest couple in the hotel and it just didn't meet our expectations.

The views were great and our room had a really nice garden.

The restaurant was not good

Superb view on Lago di Garda, friendly staff, spacious room, great breakfast buffet. We arrived on a rainy day and the receptionist offered us access to the spa because of the weather. That's excellent customer service for which we increased our rating from an 8 to a 9.

The queues in front of the coffee machine in the morning (breakfast buffet), it took too long to often (like 5+ minutes) to get a cup of coffee and it wasn't even the high season. Too many ice cubes in the campari-spritz (like 20) which made it very watery. We have seen 2-8 cubes to be common in Italy but not 20.

The view was amazing. The rooms looked outdated in the pictures but was actually quite modern with a brand new wet room

I would have liked a tea/coffee facilities in the room to make a nice cup of tea and sit in my balcony and watch the view.

High above Lake Garda with amazing views. Our room had obviously had a recent upgrade.

A four night stay was quite enough. Breakfast was comparatively poor compared to other hotels - poor quality, poor choice. Coffee was good when a machine was working. Had one evening meal on our first night but choose not to repeat the experience.Some restaurant staff had an attitude problem.The beds were a big disappointment.

the front desk staff was very unhelpful and unaccommodating at the beginning when we did not receive rooms beside each other and were split up.

We really loved the view from our hotel room. It’s the gem of this hotel. Otherwise, the hotel is neat, well-maintained, and the staff is pleasant

The hotel is located on a hill, and it takes 20 minutes to get to the water. We didn’t take this into account when planning our trip

The room was as described, the view is amazing, that`s the only thing that saves this hotel, because the rest is not worth it really.

There is no real structure or organisation there, we arrived later in the evening so we decided to stay there for dinner, we where not informed by the staff or anything written anywhere that the menu was predetermined with a fixed price not a-la-carte.There was no mention anywhere that you need to reserve a table for dinner, or even breakfast, but we had the surprise that in the morning, most tables where booked by others for breakfast, stupidest thing I ever saw, since you have the breakfast included in your booking, keep in mind that the restaurant is quite big and there is a separate space with tables as well, but not used it seems.Ok, ignoring the breakfast blunder, we tried to reserve a table for dinner, early in the morning even, but we where informed that they don`t know how many tables they have reserved for dinner and can`t reserve us a table, it was just a simple note they had to do, note the room number that wants a table for dinner, but they can`t manage that.We visited the towns and came back in the evening at 19.00 for dinner, without reservation - because it was not possible, they didn`t have any free tables, even if there where like 10 tables in the earlier mentioned separate space, so we where told it`s not possible to eat there, we asked to eat at the bar, again not possible, so we got tired of hearing NO again and again and we went in the city to eat.In the next morning the same issue with the breakfast tables reservations, we where even almost moved from our table by another guest who said she reserved that table for breakfast, but decided to sit elsewhere instead.We have no idea when these people reserved their tables, whenever we tried to reserve something, and no one could pick up a paper and write down that we wanted a table, I know it`s hard, hard work.You have no information given to you willingly you must know what to ask for in advance.For anyone reading, you better go to Atilius Hotel in Lemone Sul Garda, you won`t regret it.

Big disappointment about the breakfast - unpleasant staff, no one told us that we could not sit at anytable, as is usual in other hotels. One waiter very rudely forced us to change seats in the middle ofbreakfast, we have never experienced such behaviour in a hotel before. Moreover, breakfast wasevery day the same and for such a big hotel they had very little choice. And they can't make properscrambled eggs at all :(.Every day there was cat excrement on the terrace of the room - no one cleaned it.

We enjoyed our stay a lot! Firstly the drive to the hotel is fun and exciting. Then, you get to the room and the amazing view hits you. Stunning. The room was big, nice and comfortable. Breakfast had many options and was delicious. We enjoyed the pool and wellness center as well. The staff were great and very nice. Free parking was available. Thank you for a great time, we will definitely return.

Quite expensive dinner on site, and more expensive bedrooms seem to be able to reserve window seats in the restaurant rather than it being first come first served.

We had breathtaking views from our balcony. The room was of a good size, clean. We had a very pleasenty stay. We would love to visit again.

I can't speak highly enough of this wonderful find high in the mountains above Lake Garda. The view is stunning with a balcony view that is tough to beat.All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Huge restaurant with a stunning panoramic view of the lake and the food was very nice and a large selection of drinks all at a very reasonable cost. They even had one of my favourite beers on tap which was a massive plus on such a warm day.Thankyou for a wonderful stay. I will return here one day.

Room was not clean, a lot of hair from previous people… staff at restaurant ignore you all the time… a bizzare solution for SPA with code, and towels at reception which is in dofferent place

The view was amazing, the spa is also good and the dinner/breakfast quite nice.PS: tip for travellers, if after this stay you have to go in Milano direction, consider going back to Riva del garda and take the highway, the panoramic route on the lake might be with a lot of traffic

We went for dinner a bit after other people and some tables with a view were free, but the staff did not want to move us. I do not know if there are specific reasons for that, but a bit of flexibility when it is not high season wouldn't hurt in my opinion

The pool, room size

Not possible to control the temperature of the bath; the greens of the dinner salate were old; the rucula in the smke salate was completly passed! The breakfast cookies had poor quality.Bad WiFi signal.

Great view

Smelt of dog. Staff we not accommodating to our concerns. We were not aware that dogs had stayed in every room. We were told we would get an upgrade but the upgrade was worse than the first . We were lied to about dogs not having been in our room . I have allergies to dog hair and she put me near a dog. Had a beer spilt on me with no apology. Heated pool was not warm . It was still cold. Had to leave
