Friendly staff, great dinners, amazing view of the lake. The choice of breakfast is a little modest, but still good and appropriate considering the price of the hotel.

The views of Lake Garda were breathtaking with our room facing the lake. The place was spotless and the staff were above excellent. The food eaten here in the evenings was lovely and priced very well. The breakfast was continental style but had so many options and a huge variety to choose from including scrambled eggs and the option for a diy boiled egg in an egg cooking machine.

Our only tiny wishes would be for air conditioning inside the hotel main area - it was very hot weather over 33. Our room had air con, but not the main areas. This would not however put us off returning to this great establishment. The staff here are all wonderful and helpful. Friendly and provide excellent service. Thank you all for a lovely stay!

The hotel is beautifully located on top of the hill with the beautiful view onto the Garda lake. Our room was spacious, with the hard flooring , big balcony with the lake view. Private garden with the lovely swimming pool and volleyball beach field and table tennis tables. There is also a spa and gym are available for the guests. The hotel and restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful. A big thank you to May, who made our stay special, and thank you for the best aperol spriz, you made for us:)The famous Limone is just a few minutes away fro the hotel.Highly recommended!

The location and view were just fantastic, parking was big and comfortable.

The floor of the bathroom is 10 cm higher than the rest so there is a step to climb . Furniture is a little bit old We had dinner included ( half-board) not really satisfactoryusual breakfast , nothing special . Refill could have beendone more promptly , at 8:30 there was no salami ,orscrambled eggs left

The bed was very uncomfortable. The breakfast was okay but the dinner was not great. No water in room to drink.

Reception was great, hotel is struggling with staff like most hospitality in EuropeLocation is excellent, nice pool and indoor wellness area of pool, jacuzzi and sauna all operational was lovely (and quiet as you would expecr for July)Balcony views are spectacularPizzas were nice

Pipes in bathroom has an awful smell which the hotel says can happen after there is heavy rainfall or change in temperature.Breakfast was disappointing, juices were made from concentrated powder were all from an automated machine and coffee with powder milk and terrible coffee which is shocking for an Italian hotel to offer given the high standards set across the country. Although most of the clientele is German speaking, I would still expect better in terms of brakfast choice and overall freshness of items offered. (Pastries were never fresh and tasted like days old)

The hotel is right next to the road so the rooms facing the road are quite noisy. The decor is poor and based on the pictures we expected better.

The facilities in the room were not as expected. There was no lift for our room despite it was listed when we have booked the property.

- staff was really unfriendly- location is terrible. You need to drive up a hill for 10 minutes, away from the limone centre where all things happen

View on the garda lake from pool area and balcony is great. Indoor pool was nice when it rained.It was nice to use the sauna which is open from 15:00-19:00. Breakfast is ok, nothing special

The view was amazing, the room was big, our room had a fridge and small kitchen as well, from the balcony you could see the lake and mountains, the village itself is very nice.

The fitness did not work and staff didn't speak english.
