The greatest quality of this accommodation is the view of Lake Garda. The second quality is the price, which is affordable compared to hotels in this fabulous area. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was good and plentiful.

I didn't like the fact that it had been many years since the hotel (or at least the room I stayed in) had been renovated. Another downside was that the walls were thin and I could hear our neighbors quite clearly.

The bacon was not the best but other than that everything is fantastic.

Everything. The view, the huge crispy clean room, the staff, the pool.. The bed and pillow very comfortable, Good breakfast and dinner. Very clean!!And again, people in the restaurant, bar, check in- all very accomodating and nice We are coming back for a longer stay.

The attitude of the receptionist, asking us €50 per day for an upgraded room, while the upgrade officially costs €20 per day, and consisting we should pay what she had said, or she'd call the boss and the police, because we'd agreed to a ridiculous proposal. The then called boss/manager didn't listen for a second, and just kept talking and quaking her own words.Oh yeah: our toilet didn't flush for more than a day, but no excuses or compensation...Never again.

Don’t expect a super modern 5 star resort, the hotel is what it says in the tin. A little warn down and dated but honestly, great value for money. It is economical, but has all you need - spacious rooms, solid breakfast with a lot of food variety and amazing view. Also free parking

It is like being back in early 90s, carpets and all the rest but the main challenge is definitely the location, if you don’t have a car - this is not an option for you as there no clear walk-path to town

The location of the hotel is excellent. You see the Garda lake from your room and the view is fantastic.The breakfast was good

The view is everything. We had back luck since it was foggy and cloudy but the location there is beautiful. The hotel is OK. Could be renovated since it is little bit old, but everything is comfortable and you get what you pay. Breakfast was super!

* Despite that the official check-in started from 3 PM, my room was ready already at 2 PM and I could check in as soon as I arrived.* Nice and bright room, sunlight coming in.* Reasonably strong WiFi connection and desk in the room to work with my laptop (the TV on the desk was a little annoying , though)* Very good breakfast.

A little bit uncomfortable location when you are walking / do not have a car. Nearest grocery store in Limone sul Garda is about 2 km away and there are no walking paths.

The staff we interacted with were all welcoming and very friendly. The view from the room’s balcony over Lago di Garda is wonderful. The room we stayed in was basic but clean. We were provided with a kettle for our room when we asked ahead of arrival. The outdoor mini golf and swimming pools, and gym are welcome distractions, though the mini golf course and fence surround are in need of repair. The continental breakfast buffet has a wide selection of sweet and savoury items, and a decent choice of beverages.We did not have dinner at the hotel so cannot comment on this.

The hotel, while clean, feels tired and desperately in need of a refresh. The juice dispensers in the mess hall want looking at as they were not dispensing what was on the labels

There was no teapot, especially if you are with small baby and you need hot water, this is a problem. And was a little bit cold

The “deluxe” room is ground floor with the worst view. The big terrasse is not well maintained, a bit run down and offers no privacy at all to the neighbour units

We got so much value here. The staff was super friendly, it was a free parking and spacious room. The views to lake garda was amazing there are also various facilities available

The view of the lake and surrounding mountains was beautiful and the enormous breakfast was delicious.We were able to safely store our bicycles, giving us peace of mind.

Room with balcony with the view of mountains and lake - Excellent.Friendly staff, although very carefree, we mentioned that some lights were not working, they were surprised that the lights were working at all. Same with some gates being open even thought they should be closed.Breakfast was okay, nothing special, but nothing bad either.

Many basic things were not attended to. It seems that people just don't care. Some light-bulbs were out, balcony not cleaned, some dead weeds 'growing' in the planters. No robes. Super tiny TV. Felt like a dying place with a good view.
