Small very charming hotel, awesome pool and great staff
We booked a more expensive room with a balcony and it was worth every penny as the view is incredible. The view from the pool is also spectacular.
The restaurant was very busy so it's best to book a day ahead if you want a table in the evening.
Beautiful view, a lovely wellness area with sauna and steam to rest my muscles after a long day on the bike and a truly remarkable restaurant and view
Friendly staff in a beautiful location. Great breakfast.
No one mentioned that a marathon race was being held along the lake at the same time as checkout at the hotel.
Top location, great restaurant, good facilities, amazing views, nice decór and spotless clean rooms. every staff member we met was very helpful and smiling. Another plus if you are travelling on a motorcycle - there is a safe motorcycle parking spot and location is very central to popular riding routes.
Lovely hotel in a lovely village. Room was not the biggest but the balcony size and view was superb so the room size didn't matter. Incredibly friendly helpful staff, great selection of food for breakfast and good restaurant for evening meals. Good size pool too with exceptional views across the valley. I would not hesitate to recommend this place and/or stay there again.
We had a great stay - no complaints.
The location was beautiful, everything was clean and the STAFF WOW. So kind.
Breakfast was amazing, service was great, people are nice, and the hotel itself is amazing with a beautiful view. I would definitely come back
Swimming pool, restaurant and barFree towels for swimming poolThe views are amazing
A lot of noise in the evening and night, since you sleep with your windows open at the street side The road to the hotel was scary, you need a good car to get up the 600m+ mountain

Staff, old place, old rooms and furniture
Swimming pool area, restaurant was excellent, personnel was polite.
There were lots of flies around the area so could not leave the porch/balcony area door open. TV in the room did not work.
The view was amazing. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean.
Promoted as very good breakfast, but i found it to be just average and basic, which is also fine for me, but then promote it as such. The 1st night was extremely loud, they had an opening party. The walls of the rooms are very thin, and we could hear our neighbours going at it...Not only that but you can hear allot going on in the hotel. No water kettle to boil water, and no bags of thee or coffee, in my opinion what every hotel can give, and it gives allot of comfort for a small price. The furniture in the room was in need of replacement, although they were as clean as they can be.
Really good breakfast, everything what you can expect for the breakfast was prepared and available. Plenty of food, variety of options.Gorgeous view. Very nice wellness, whirlpool, Sauna. We just missed a kettle for making tea in a room.
in busy days, top season, the building can be quite noisy, but that depends on heavily on visitors.
The swimmingpool area was great, new beds, very nice pool wit a fantastic view.We had a tiny little balcony with our room with a great view as well. Breakfast was okay.
We have asked to change rooms because the bed was terrible, the matras was so thin that we lay on the springs. The bed in the second room was a little better but also not comfortable. Shower corner was so small that once you were in it, you had no space to move anymore, washing your hair was hardly possible. We had a superior room, sorry to say but it was definitely not superior.
view, personnel, family business, restaurant, fast concierge service
the only way they could improve the experience is by having airconditioning, not strictly necessary but would be nice
Without exception its the restaurant. The food was wonderful and the service was great. We were given a great table without making a booking. I would have made a booking but the receptionist suggested it wasn't needed. I'd recommend that you book because it filled out quickly. Our waiter was great and offered a house drink that was not your usual lemonchello. The view is spectacular.
Had good expectations of this place when booked. Sadly, the room fell short in a big way. First of all, there was a strange smell which was immediately off-putting. You could see hand prints and smudges all over the cabinets. The biggest issue was no air conditioning. It was my mistake as i overlooked this when booking but don't be fooled when they tell you it cools down in the evening. It does but not by much in August. We were given a family room where the bed is just a few feet from the ceiling under terracotta tiles that have been heating up over the course of the day. That night was almost unbearable and after a long drive with another the next day, not the best. The least they could do is buy 50 cheap Fans from IKEA and give their guests the option of cooling down. Finally, if you react badly to horsefly, don't go down to the pool. I'm still recovering having been bitten in the pool on the ear. Receptionist was helpful in this instance in providing plenty of ice. Don't think you can read a book in peace beside the pool. It's a family hotel so expect loud kids splashing guests.
A very nice hotel in the mountains with swimmingpool on hillside. Very friendly people and very good food as you can aspect from Bella Italia.
One little minuspoint…the hotel is situated on the mainroad from the village and so you hear every car and scooter come by. But of course this is Italy too:-)
Bike store and place for bike cleaning. Great breakfast.
