Hotel Cala del Pi - Adults Only

The hotel was completely remodeled last winter. Best hotel in design, layout, comfort, and high-end touches, finishes, and fixtures, that we have ever stayed in. It was just exquisite, in every detail. The detail that has gone into the design is outstanding. Everything from the flooring, to the fantastic lighting, to the design and execution of every element and detail of the room, to the multiple bars and common areas and different bars, to the unparalleled spa, to the exercise room replete with the highest-end workout equipment, to the multiple pools - this place was just fantastic, and an unexpected find.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in every single area.

The rooms are excellent, very technology driven. Most of the staff were fantastic and very helpful. I had a fantastic massage. The breakfast set up and location was very good. The view of the ocean from the pool is fantastic, and we had no trouble finding lounges by the pool!

The woman at the front desk at the spa was not nice. I asked to see the spa area that was part of the stay and she told me to “look through the window”. I wanted to see what amenities were offered to decide whether or not to book time. I felt like for the price of the hotel they should’ve been more accommodating. The pool has drink service but not food, and when we ordered a screwdriver with orange juice they charged 14€ for orange juice and 14€ for the vodka. They did end up removing the OJ charge but it’s not a very guest focused approach. We ate in the restaurant one night, and the food was mediocre.

1 We did not like the strict, rules ,we went for a lunch and the pool guy sad ,you cannot occupy the seats after half an hour ..., while not being there ,coming to out table during lunch !! 2 GYM opens at 9:00 ?? Most of gym people starts early. 3 The lunch restaurant is very limited as far as food selection .. the next option is restaurant next to it . It is upscale and with the dress code ,which is nice ... but restaurants next to the pool are usually relaxed .The idea that you have to dress up for a lunch by the pool is not appealing . Feels like a poor management , which was amplified by the fact we couldn't get manager during the whole stay . Beautiful place if only run by professionals . Thank you Pavels

Beautiful place with a stunning beach and the reception was amazing.Incredible staff, specially the front desk , Juliet was so cooperative, polite and she really knows the city

We loved this hotel. It was beyond beautiful with a gorgeous view looking at the water! Our entire room was well thought out and ascetically pleasing. The spa was WONDERFUL! There is a steam room, ice room, hot tub, pool, rain-forest showers, and more! It was like a spa playground! We had so much fun. The staff was so nice and helpful especially when it came to food as I am vegan and my boyfriend is vegetarian. They helped make food just for us! They went as far as talking with the kitchen and then coming to meet with us in our room to discuss a menu just for us! It was amazing. We really appreciate the thought that went into making us comfortable here.

The location wasn't anything special, but nothing wrong with it. There is currently some noisy construction next to the hotel but that isn't their fault.

Difficult to find staff to order food or drinks during the day

it was lovely, I went with my best friend on a girls escape :D and we really enjoyed it; breakfast was very good; staff was lovely;

its not that we didn't like but it would be nice to have a kettle i the room to make tea, we had to use coffee machine for that which worked but its not really to make a infusion/tea; restaurant we found too pricy unfortunately & the menu was not really with many options, dishes offered were quite sophisticated and we missed a simpler pasta/rice dish that would be a bit lighter on the stomach for the dinner or a fresh fish with vegis - but that very personal so not really a complain:)

It was perfect! Has everything, walkable to town, private access to the beach, small beach hike to hop across beaches. I had the best time by myself.

Beautiful decor and very comfortable spacious room. Delicious breakfast and we had lunch and dinner there too which were also good. Great setting- overlooking a lovely little beach and right in the cost path so good for walking. Only about 5 mins to local restaurants and bars and the main town beach. Also good location for exploring the Costa Bravia and Girona. Great spa facilities and friendly staff

The pool was freezing! In a 5 star hotel in sept I’d expect it to be heated. As a result no one went in it for the 4 days we were there. Restaurant a but expensive but quality was good.

Fabulous views; calm, peaceful, restful and exceptionally comfortable hotel. Modern, clean and fresh. Early morning swim in the cove; resting by the pool or in spa and great food all day.

The location, views, decor and service. The ability to have beautiful sunrise swims in the sea.

Some of the food at dinner wasn’t great, undercooked fish, tough meat. But the service was wonderful. The live music was very loud under the bedroom windows.

One of the most beautiful properties in which we’ve ever stayed. Facilities and location were amazing, and the breakfast was delicious. Would most definitely stay here again.

An extremely luxurious hotel. The staff, particularly those at reception, were extremely helpful and friendly.

Value for money is not the best but considering that the property had a low-ish occupancy rate during the week (it went up on the weekend), having the space and how quiet it was made it worth the price.

It was perfect. So romantic. The room was beautiful and clean. Everything is very well maintained and you can feel the luxury even in the smallest detail. The views are outstanding. The spa was very relaxing and clean with nice heated pool and jucuzzi. The staff was welcoming and steak from room service was delicious.

The closest convinent store is 15 min by walking. The room service menu could use more variety.

Location of hotel is fantastic! The view from the room and the pool is stunning. Service is good. Breakfast is good too.

All switches in the room are programmed. High tech fancy- shmency systems. The truth - very annoying! Just to turn light on and off, or simple close shades on the balcony you need to go through aggravation. My opinion - as simple as better!!!!!!!Now main part - restaurant. Prices are VERY high. For two tiny pieces of bread- 10 euros!

The included breakfast was excellent. The spa was beautiful and well equipped. Service was very friendly.

The mattress was too firm for us and they didn’t have any alternatives which gave us a few uncomfortable nights. I would recommend they buy a few mattress toppers for people that prefer softer bedding. This was really the only bad thing about our otherwise lovely stay.

Our stay at the hotel was exceptional. The cleanliness was impeccable, staff were warm and welcoming, location was excellent, and the food was delicious. The spa was amazing, adding to the overall fantastic experience.

Staff, territory, breakfast were fine.But the most perfect part was dinner - they really got a perfect cusine.

Room was good enough. But it was situated above the kitchen and we heard every day when the staff had started the breakfast preparation. And in the room above was staying an early bird, who was getting up at 5, put on the shoes with heels and started to walk around the room for 10-15 mins for some reason (like a woodpecker). So we became an early bird as well. As a suggestion - take the rooms in the left part of the hotel with a seaview, most probably you will be lucky to sleep more.
