Location

Very dated, small, bed was like a board. We had to switch out of our first room due to AC issues. It was not what we expected from the pictures online.

Near the shopping district and restaurants. Walking distance to the beach.

Some staff in the bar were not so nice to us. I ordered a couple of drinks and he was not able to take all of it, so I narrated again my orders but he seemed mad and act so arrogant. Instead of just saying yeah I forgot the last one you said, he gave me this arrogant look like saying, "don't tell me what to do". I forgot his name though, a small young guy.

The property is near the shopping district of the island and also the restaurants. The beach is also just 6-10mins walking distance from the hotel. The staff were super nice, especially the staff in the hotel restaurant, Joaquim and Toni. They were so nice to us, answered our questions and assisted us to all our needs. Very friendly people. We enjoyed the dinner buffet, each night is a feast for us.

There is entertainment and activity every night on this hotel but what I hate is they always have to cut it short and so early coz the other guests complain of such noise. But you are on vacation for crying out loud. If you want to sleep early, the other guests won't have to do the same like you. We are there to enjoy and one of the reasons also why we booked this hotel coz of it's entertainment and activities every night. Even the other old guests find it not okay. I hope they can be able to explain this to other early bird guests who wants peace and quiet, then maybe this kind of hotel is not for them.

Bad

Had a very bad experience while staying at this property as I woke up next morning with bedbug bites all over me. Checkout and breakfast time is also very inconvenient.

It is not safe

The mattress are really uncomfortable, they are the cheapest in the market. The bathtub is dangerous, slippery. I felt and took me around half hour to get out of it. The shower curtain is high, so the water get outside. It doesn't have handlers for safety.

Room had about a dozen ants crawling over me and my stuff, that I seen. Cobwebs at eye level. Ok for an all inclusive party with pals, not for much else. Took me back about 10 years of when I got out if the lift and smelt that stale tobacco smell.

The pool was nice but the water was too cold.They had kids and group activities.

The beds were not very comfortable; old springs.The double bed room is too small for 4 people and the lighting was dim.The safe in the room is an extra charge.

It was close to my friend. Hence my choice.

No kettle in the room. the bar staff could be more polite.

Everything was great from checking in to checkout. The location and serounding area was great. Your right on it's own beach.

The food was OK but could have done with a bit more choice.

telephone didn’t work, room wasn’t cleaned very often even after I asked, air-con didn’t work but was then fixed, some staff were lovely but let down by the management who were mostly rude and unhelpful, food was under par, cigarette machine out of stock and no 24hr room service even of water, if you need somewhere budget to stay where it’s semi clean and the location is good and it has a pool then go for it but if you are looking for even 1% luxury give it a miss

restaurant staff SOOO SOO RUDE, especially the older guy in evenings and the younger lady with pony tail. so rude!!

The bar and the front desk were nice and friendly but the waiters in the dining room were exremely rude except for the younger man with glasses.Its close to the center and the beach which was great.

The pool was never cleaned in the five days i stayed , people peeing in there i came out and could smell urine on my bathing suit. There was random furniture being moved in the middle of the night while trying to sleep The rooms could do with an update,the bathrooms are nice though.

Nature is beautiful in Playa d’Aro. Pool is a good addition.

The hotel is overpriced, the rooms are old and ugly. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel, I wouldn’t give it even 2 stars. We were given a different room then there one on pictures. Generally looks like this place got stuck in the 80s. Bad experience.

Room had cockroaches, technical issues with the TV and in general the furniture and building was quite worse for wear. The parking garage door didn't work and you had to push it manually. The keys several times demagnetized (including the key for the parking), resulting in trips back to reception or through the parking to open manually. The breakfast had many options, but all food was the cheapest possible food. Would be better to have less options and slightly improve quality. Coffee and orange juice undrinkable and we went to a bar the first day after breakfast for real coffee.
