It was such a wonderful experience and the staff have been so helpful and extraordinary

Everything! Location, beach/oceanfront, boardwalk with fun cafes, big rooms with balconies, beach longers with umbrellas, beautiful views, clean, newly remodeled, rooftop bar and pool...it felt so fancy. A perfect vacation spot to relax and pamper yourself.

the sunbeds were broken, some dirty, and with rusted nails. similar parking cost as the public one in the area.

From the minute we walked in the staff were so kind and helpful. The location on the beach was beautiful. Our ocean view suite was magnificent!

It is too expensive for such an hotel. The breakfast is limited, swimming pool is too small, you have to eat dinner inside with a standart menu. So, you need to lower your expectations..

They were very accommodating when I had to change dates due to a flight cancellation. The facilities are lovely and so was the room - I would have loved to have taken advantage of the spa access, but didn't have time. The balcony was nice. Parking was nearby for an additional cost.

The room hadn't been cleaned before I checked in, and wasn't cleaned until early evening. The shower drain didn't drain well and threatened to flood the bathroom.

After reading the reviews on Booking, I thought it would be a good hotel to visit during our trip. The hotel is on a charming small street, and it is waterfront. The days were very sunny and pleasant. It is located close to great Costa Brava hiking places and small towns. The restaurant manager is very passionate about his job and tried to remedy a few things that went wrong, see described below. The tall man at the reception was very attentive and explained to us how to find parking and buy swimsuits for the sauna. We enjoyed the sauna.

We usually do not post bad reviews. We had high expectations for this hotel, but unfortunately, it didn’t quite live up to its four-star rating—it felt more like a solid three-star experience.The room was quite snug for three people, with a pull-out couch that was much smaller than in other hotels. We arrived at 1 PM, knowing check-in was later, so we went out to explore. When we returned at 4:30 PM, our room was still not ready due to a "miscommunication." We rolled with it. To make it up the bellman gave us a free drink cupon.There’s no on-site parking, so you have to use public paid parking in town. Luckily, we had a Tesla and managed to park at a charging station for a while.The bellman seemed a little lost, running around like he wasn’t quite sure what to do. I don’t mind carrying my own bags, but at a four-star hotel, the bellman did that in other hotels.When I lightly touched the bathroom mirror, it fell off the hinges. Thankfully, no one was injured, but this was definitely not a feature we were expecting!The restaurant experience was... an experience. The staff seemed to forget our order, and since it was the holiday season, there was a set three-course menu. We waited over an hour for dessert, watching tables around us get theirs. When we finally got the waiter’s attention, he asked us to remind him what we had ordered—oops!My husband and son ordered steak, which turned out to be just raw and tough. My husband tried eating his and go to bed, but we had to send my son’s back. To their credit, they replaced it, and at this point, the restaurant manager stepped in to smooth things over. He kindly offered us an extra night at the same rate, which we appreciated, though he also invited us to their New Year’s Eve party at full price, which we politely declined.Overall, this hotel had its moments, but it didn’t quite meet four-star expectations. While we made the best of it and had a few laughs along the way, we wouldn’t rush back.

Too busy in the spa. They only allow a certain number of people in at one time so you have to book your hour but they don’t control it and people stayed as long as they liked so it was very crowded.

They should be a bit more strict in the SPA. There were 2 young couples being very present by making a lot of noice… some other guests complained, but the staff of the hotel didn’t take any action, so it was not a very relax moment in the SPA.

We were these in winter, it was amazing. Right on the beach and close to the shops. Its really lovely. They gave us 2 great rooms next to each other.

They didn't tell me in advance no children allowed in the indoor pool/spa. But is ok, because otherwise I might not have booked! I am so glad we stayed there.

Everything was good. Location, spa and food. We would definitely come back again in summer to enjoy the full facility. The room was very comfortable and big.

Same breakfast all week. There weren't fresh vegetables. There were not even cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce. Lots of dirty plates and coffee cups. When I wanted to tell the staff my room number for breakfast, they didn't understand English, until a young waitress came rudely close to me and shouted in Spanish: "What?!!! The bathroom was not washed thoroughly. Black hair was in the shower for 3 days. Bottles of water in the fridge turned out to be 2eur, which we were not informed about, although in a 4* hotel it would be the same. We found a fruit plate in the fridge, which was probably meant as a welcome snack, the next morning. Nobody informed us that there was one. The staff at reception do not greet customers, they only answer if customers say hello. Shouldn't it be the other way round? The hotel has a lot of russian clients with not very polite behaviour. The swimming pool is small.

Beautiful location on the beach front. I was only there for a night and was at a wedding, but I would have loved to stay for longer. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the bedroom was clean and well equipped.

the excellent location, nice facilities, amazing restaurant with a very good lunch deal on.rooftop swimming pool. this hotel is the reason we will come back.

Fantastic location on the beach with great bar/restaurant out in front of the hotel. Sun loungers were very comfortable. Breakfast was very good with varied selection.
