Very small rooms, not comfortable bads

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bell Respos which is sister concern Hotel Bulevard in Costa Brava. The location was perfect, the room was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. I was disappointed that breakfast was not included in the main cost, and there were extra charges for parking and taxes. Overall, I would still recommend the hotel for its excellent service and location.

I liked the retro feel of the hotel, the bathroom and the bath and the balcony

The room was a little small but I did not really need anything bigger.

The location was fantastic

The air-conditioning was controlled by the mains electric switch. When we arrived it was on full and so hot, so we turned it off. In the morning it was so cold but it wouldnt turn on.Also, the shower was not very good.

The place is stunning and they treated us so well . Breakfast is amazing and the beds so comfy

Perfect location, next to main street and close to the beach. Parking somewhat challenging, free parking nearby possible, but because of market, we had to park at a parking where we needed to pay, E 15 a day.

Very friendly staff

The room was not clean to any standard, the mattress was very hard and you could feel the strings. The AC only turns on or off without any possibilities of turning the temperature up or down, that made the room very very hot at night. We had such a bad night of sleep that we almost opened the windows because it was colder out, but with all the noise from partying people, we could not do so. Also the door didn't close very well. Overall it was very pricey for what we got. Not even good quality by Spanish standards.

Facilities: The escalator is small, and its door is closing too loud. The room is very small. It was difficult to find a place for a baby buggy. It was an expensive breakfast to which we should walk to another hotel.

The balcony was so big and the location was perfect. Very central.

The bed could have been a little longer. There could have also been free late checkout.

People are great in the facility, helpful and friendly all the time. Cleaning people did it great job all mornings. Very good location if you have a room with a boylrvard view

If your room looks at the side street it is a bit boring.

CleanlinessSheets were dirty as well as the bathtub- had lots of “shaved hair” in it- just a general sense of it was not properly cleaned after the last customer

The hotel staff is very friendly. The rooms were nice, they had a view to the city center and a balcony. It is a perfect hotel to enjoy the city.

The room was a lot smaller than expected, the double and simple bed were “glued together” and not a lot of space around them…Shower with hot and cold difficult to regulate

Everything was alright, our stay was for only one night, and though we did not have much expectations. The hotel is located directly in the city center.

The noise outside of the hotel was way too much while we were staying only one night, we didn't really care. However, this doesn't go as a bad review of the hotel. If you want to have a good sleep this is not the best hotel, and overall a destination where to go.

I loved Hotel Boulevard. It is in a great location, very clean, comfortable and very friendly staff.Will stay again! :)

The lovely man who works the Night Shift.

NOT SUITABLE for anyone who wants to rest. By far the worst place we’ve ever stayed during our travels. There was a room full of men just partying and being REALLY loud at 2am but the man who works the Night Shift went to talk them and they kept it down. Then there was a couple at around 3am arguing in the hallway for a good 30’. And then someone tried to open our door twice! My husband stayed awake just in case they tried to break in - mind you, we were traveling with our toddler. And to put the icing on the cake, the constant shouting, singing, screaming right in front of the hotel was ongoing and didn’t stop until around 6am when workers started to clean the streets. We got no apology or anything from the female worker when we left the next morning. All she said was that we should’ve called them or contacted the male PM worker, and we told her we did and she was just like “oh”.

Small room for 4 people

The reception personal was nice. The room was quite small, fitting 3 beds, and that's it. It was still good enough for us to take a good rest after a busy day. There was a gorgeous huge balcony, with nice view over one of the main streets, with a table and chairs, I wish we had more time to spend there. Clean bathroom. Quite at nighttime, despite it's being close to the main streetLots of shops and restaurants nearby, and about 7 minutes walk to the beach.

It was a bit hard to find the place, as the GPS bring you to the address and you don't see the hotel or any signs for it, because it hides down inside the pedestrian only road. We did three rounds hoping to see the place, then stopped on the nearby street, as the main street was very busy, and I went to find the place. Even the person in the restaurant right nearby didn't know the place ( maybe he was new there), but he was very nice and went with me to another place to ask about it. There is also no parking beside the hotel, you have to unload your luggage, bring it to the reception, as you can't leave you car standing on a side of the road for too long, and drive to park at a public parking which is about 5 minutes walk.

Very clean hotel with helpful staff. It could be a little noisy at time but this hotel is in the heart of player de Aro which was expected overall a very pleasant experience and very hot. I was there for son wedding so we had a fantastic time.

No swimming pool
