Hotel Spa La Terrassa

The room is excellent, big, new, comfortable with a very good shower. There is a mini bar and a safe that can be really useful.Breakfast is varied: different types of bread, fruit, eggs, sausages, cheese. Staff is friendly and helpful. The 2 car parks are paid but worth the price.

The spa and the swimming pool need some renovation but seeing the quality of the rooms, restaurant and bar, I believe they certainly plan to renovate them.

Design bit outdated

The room was clean and spacious and had all of the facilities listed in the advertisement. The staff were friendly and the service was good. The location is great as it is close to everything and there is free car parking close to the hotel.

Everything was good.

The spa was a nice touch and when you ask for gluten free options for breakfast they serve you nice and warm pastries and bread (might take about 10 minutes).

Parking nearby can be a bit challenging

Just a fantastic Hotel. Loved the welcome, the decor, the room. Excellent location close to everything in this lovely town. Breakfast best we've had in Spain. Would definitely stay again.

I pretty much liked everything. Delicious and varied breakfast, comfortable bed, clean, relaxing spa, and nice bathroom.

Perhaps I would have liked to have the time for the spa split in different times. I felt like 2 straight hours were a bit too long for the facilities and would have liked to have one hour in the morning and one in the afternoon.

Well first the reception lady was so dry, no smile, seemed like I was disturbing her, not friendly.I went to the room in the first floor and it had a bad smell , it made want puke , like from toialet , I went and asked for another room and the other was better .The bad is not that comfortable and the walls not so soundproof, I woke up few times in the middle of the night .The worst was the spa though, besides old, it all the way downstairs and with no cameras or way to call reception, I went in the evening and a weird guy was around trying to make conversation and being quite invasive, for what I heard he is a regular there. I couldn’t use the spa , had to leave.The parking if it’s raining besides far you can get stock .I feel bad being so sincere but for the price I was expecting better, I am disappointed

Easy access to the town

We found the facilities did not meet up with our expectations. We have been here twice before and it seemed much better then. The price is too high for what you get. There are definitely better hotels in Platja D’Aro.

Even though Plaja De Aro was very busy and noisy the hotel was very quiet. Facilities great.

Parking was in a separate location. Albeit not too far away. And very difficult to park outside the hotel to ask! As very central. Needs more explanation at the time of booking. This could be a huge problem for people unfamiliar with the country or with walking difficulties.

The breakfast was varied and tasteful. the locatio is close to the beach and right in the center of the resort.

The wifi internet is almost inexistent, they should say that they do not provide internet. the arrangement of the family room we booked is poor not providing privacy.

The property was very simple and way overpriced compared to the amount we paid.During the night we experienced difficulties to sleep due to the noise made by the neighbours and by the air conditioning and we asked helped to the reception to get some earplugs: they did not have any.Breakfast was good but no ingredients were available for allergic people.I do not recommend

The location is great. Rooms are clean and with a lot of space and daly exchange of towels. Staff at the reception as well as room service are friendly and ready to help. Breakfast offers a lot of choices. Highly recommended.

WIFI is unreliable. An upgrade recommended. There is a space for improvement when it comes to the parking. After several days, cars are covered with dust, plants and birds excrements. During our stay, the harder older mattresses were replaced with the new softer once, which did not come well along with my back.

Breakfast was perfect,location excellent and rooms tidy.

Coffee machine at breakfast

Great location. Big comfortable room with lovely bathroom facilities. Right in the centre of town with great restaurants and beach a 5 minute walk away. Private parking for 7euros 5 minute walk from hotel.

The hotel itself and the room I stayed are clean. The staff overall was helpful and mindful. Things were working as expected. The breakfast buffé offered the necessary standard stuff and is fairly ok for a picky person like myself. The night receptionist was very kind and helped me with some private matters. People working at the restaurant are nice.

The breakfast should have contained more veggies, and especially more varieties of meat for people who don't eat pork. I didn't find any butter except margarine. For the price of the breakfast I expected the warm buffé to contain more things, but there were only mushrooms, sausages and bacon.My last night was disturbed by a group of drunken guys who occupied the room next to me and shouted loudly until 2:00 am.

The breakfast was amazing! And the room was pretty big, comfortable and clean.

I found it a bit disappointing to have to ay extra for the spa area considering the price we paid for the room. It was also a bit too hot inside the room.

Thank you Hotel Spa La Terrassa team, it was a great stay. Breakfast had many options including smoked salmon and Cava, very friendly waitress with a braide. Our room had problem with a shower, there was no hot water, so reception team Pau and russian speaker receptionist gave us an upgrade.

All was great value for the price.
