Comfortable views and proximity from the centre

Superb breakfast. The shower was just barely hot enough. We only got medium small towels in our room but the next day they gave us larger shower towels, Staff was very helpful and very friendly and spoke excellent English, which really helped our poor Spanish attempts. The building is fabulously insulated and noise was never a problem. The shuttle to and from the airport was great. AC worked fine and WiFi was great. Great dining room with superb food and service. They also had a bar/snack bar area if you wanted to get an early dinner. It was great when we arrived so tired on the first day.

We had no major issues. The nearest rail station is fairly close but you'll need some assist if you have a disability. The hotel is in a commercial zone so there is not great surroundings but it felt safe and convenient.

Everything! Location of course. The staff was super friendly and given the rooms were available, we could checkin earlier. This was much appreciated.I booked a renovated room with sea view (upper floor), and couldn’t recommend it more. It’s comfortable and very nice. The views are worth it. Mattresses are comfortable.

Breakfast was super nice! To add something, They could add a bit more variety, like pancakes or more cakes ☺️

IF I WAS NOT REMINDED THAT I CANNOT TAKE A TOWEL TO THE BEACH DESPITE THE FACT THAT I TOOK IT AND. BROUGHT IT BACK TWICE BY THE SAME FRONT DESK PERSON AND NO ONE ELSE ADDRESSED ME IN SUCH A TONE OF REPRIMAND

Restaurant and staff are great! Proximity to the beach

Family rooms are in the lower floors with no privacy and people crossing in front of the room all day and night long. Bathrooms are small and badly equipped + especially for the room price.

• Spectacular sea-view balcony right off our first-floor room—woke up to waves gently lapping below.• Modernly decorated and spacious, light-filled room; the hotel itself feels like a modern take on a classic seaside villa.• Unbeatable spot: a leisurely stroll into both Platja d’Aro and the beach, plus you’re literally atop the Camí de Ronda footpath linking Platja d’Aro and Sant Antoni de Calonge. Plus: sand and history at your doorstep.• Ample parking: a handful of on-site spots plus two full lots just 20 m away; no circling the block hunting for space.• Reception team went above and beyond, helping us with everything and minimizing wait times whenever possible.

• Breakfast lineup leans on pre-cooked items kept in warming trays; the eggs and bacon arrived lukewarm and a tad lackluster compared to their photo-ready presentation.• Buffet flow was a bit counterintuitive; not much of a practical breakfast service.• Occasionally, a woman at a back-office desk would pop up with last-minute requests to the Receptionists, pulling them away when they were busy and visibly stressed helping guests.

We loved the location and the area very much. It was very close to what imagined a Mediterranea beach to look like. The place was better than the pictures.

It would be nice to get beach towels as we arrived from South Africa and had to buy beach towels to use. The food was great, however, the menu was a bit complicated especially for kids. It could be a bit simpler for kids palates.

The location was very good, with a beautiful view of the sea. The town was walking distance. Juan at the front desk was very helpful!

it would be good to have a trash can in the bedroom. it would also be good when cleaners come that they empty trash in the trash can in the bathroom.

No beach towels or beach showers. Awkward walking through hotel with sand on your feet. No internet access in room 120.

Great location, excelent breakfast with champaign

Room vithe seaview, is a little bit tight but ok for a few nights and for the price. needs a little bit maintenance, like tighten some screws on wall light fixtures and toilet lid. No big deal to fix.

Perfect location, friendly and accommodating staff. The room we had some great views of the beach.

Everything's great, love this place, always coming back!The balcony with panoramic sea and beach view, the wave sounds... slept like in heaven.Good bathtub, hot shower, Rituals amenities, perfect! Kettle with cups and good tea right next to bed. Very comfy bed, good linen!Great breakfast, abundance of hot and cold food choices, fresh bakery, bread, local produce, juices, even wine...The common areas are comfortable and elegant, terrace with white columns and flowers, the halls, the garden... amazing!

The building is getting old, some parts of the rooms might need renovation soon.

The hotel had character. Smart lounge and reception areas. Views.

The location is great! Is beside a very nice beach and connected with the "Cami de ronda" a nice pathway along the cost. Breakfast was good and the views from the restaurant are stunning!! Beds are comfortable. We had a great stay!

Great location/position of the hotel. Amazing view of the sea and beach from our first floor refurbished room. And from the main hotel lounges. Clean airy room. Good breakfasts with varied selection. Friendly staff. Free car parking.

The main 2 car parks needed to be more secure with CCTV. Barriers were flimsy. Access codes too readily available. We managed to park in front of the hotel entrance (very limited spaces) which was monitored 24/7 by CCTV in reception.

The location is fantastic and the staff were friendly and helpful. The winter rates are very reasonable.. There's free parking.

I was in room 117 which unlike during my previous stays has no balcony, but there was a sea view. The two problems I had were that one could not control the room temperature and I found the room chilly. The main problem was that the wifi was so weak in that location that I could not even send whatsapp messages let alone work online. I had to go downstairs in the common areas for internet connection. On my last stay in room 137 everything was perfect.
