The location. Right on the beach.

Difficult access by car and limited parking. We were delayed reaching the hotel and arrived about 10pm and there literally was no where to park near the hotel.

The view was incredible. The breakfast is a bit pricey, but the choice is excellent. The room needs a bit of renovation, but it was ok.

The room and the facilities inside could be renovated. It felt like they were in the original state when the hotel was built (1970s?), although I wouldn't say they were bad.

Everything the room are dirty the staff are rude no one helped us the room had a very bad smell the air conditioning doesn't work the walls are dirty and the deb has dirty spots on it. the moment i see the room and check the room i immediately got out and checked out from the hotel and go to other one and they didn't want to refund me and didn't help at all

Bathrooms were horrible, and the towel policy for a 4 star hotel is abysmal. You’re absolutely paying for the location with this hotel. The structure of the rooms don’t make any sense, and amenities feel small. We had a bigger bathroom at the Hilton. The rooms aren’t soundproof as you can hear people on the beach. We saw some ants, and some of the walls were dirty.

Room was very quiet and roomy. Our particular room had two balconies. On one you could see the sunrise (and the sea), and the other could see the sunset. (And the pool) The hotel is in an awesome location for shopping and restaurants, and both the pool and the beach were readily accessible from the hotel. (The water in the pool was a little colder than we liked) The hotel provides beach/pool towels with a carefully regulated system. We weren't sure if we were supposed to take them to the beach, but the sand on the beach is coarse, so it doesn't stick to the towels anyway.Bed and room were comfortable. No kitchen, but there was a small fridge that we stored drinks in during our stay.The breakfast was good, but we ended up opting for other restaurants in the area for dinner due to our schedule.

Parking was subcontracted to a local parking lot which was 650m from the hotel, which was not that convenient most of the time, though we could load and unload our luggage at the hotel. I usually dropped off my family at the hotel and went to park myself.There was too much light leaking around the curtains at night, and the unique lighted closet area (which was for the most part extremely convenient) had a small light on the on/off switch which also caused extra light in the room, which we weren't able to cover all four of them. So, if you're light sensitive like my wife you might have trouble sleeping.

It wasnt clean as it is in the pictures. They give towels for 3 days.. for the breakfast it was open buffet and even we didnt eat anything with my husband- we were with our kids while they were having their breakfast they asked from us to pay for ourselves and the guy who is responsible for the buffet was super rude and threated us as we were cheating the property. So sad about the experience

Everything was perfect. Staff were really helpful. 24 hour reception.

Wifi was slow in our room. But the room was in 6th floor and the wifi works very well in ground floor.

Good location, good selection of food at breakfast, and the staff is very nice. They also upgraded our room.

Could be cleaner, beds are small, quality of food at breakfast wasn’t great, cleaners were screaming in the hallways very early in the morning.

The staff were very friendly, the hotel was immaculate, it was super clean, the beds were incredible, and they were so comfy. The view was amazing.

Great location. Hotel is clean, staff friendly and good breakfast. The hotel is very well kept and you’ll feel very comfortable there. Lovely to make up to the sea view.

sink in the room (instead of the bathroom) is abit strange. Ok for one night but maybe not very convenient in general. The room walls and ceiling scratched and dirty-ish

- Great location with lots of restaurants and shops in the area. You have direct access to the beach from the hotel. - Nicely furnished, large rooms with an exceptional sea view; - Very friendly and helpful staff;- Tasty breakfast with lots of options;- Pet friendly. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel last year and decided to return this year. The decision was worth it. Would return again.

The sink in our room wasn’t working very well, but it did not affect much our stay. Overall the facilities are well maintained.

The room was comfortable and clean, and I had had a nice view. I loved being able to have a drink out on the patio and servers taking your order. The location was great, a walk through the lobby, the outdoor deck and then you are at the beach. Additionally, we were so close to shopping, restaurants and it was a mere walk to the bus station to get to Barcelona,; it was very easy. I was very grateful for the ladies at check in as they helped me sort a lot of things out. I really hope I can bring my family back here from the US.

The restaurant only offered a fixed price for food, and dinner was a buffet. Although they had a small bar that offered grab and go items. That was mainly my only dislike and it wasn't terrible. I just didn't want to pay the price of a buffet for food I knew I wouldn't eat. So I did spend my money at other places for food.

Fantastic stay, enjoyed every minute, lovely location, friendly and welcoming staff. Wish we had stayed another night longer. Delicious buffet breakfasts and dinners, and spectacular view from our room. Room was clean and great hotel foyer and restaurant - lovely decor throughout.
