Duja Didim - Ultra All Inclusive

The receptionist was very helpful and helped us a lot, the food was delicious and the water games were fun.

There was a lot of noise in the hotel as the songs were played until 12 am and in the morning they start cleaning at 9 am and the cleaning staff is very annoying and you can't sleep because of their noise. The room does not have a comfortable blanket as the room has a very light blanket. Also the swimming pools are very cold and you cannot enjoy swimming because of the cold.

The Italian restaurant was terrible the food was extremely small portionsOnly local drinks served

The location is nice. The hotel has a family friendly atmosphere. The service was perfect, everyone was nice and kind to the guests.

The water in the pool and on the slides were cold, not heated. At the begining of November is is hard to stay there during the whole day.

The rooms were nice and spacious, we had a nice view and it was clean. The breakfast was very tasty, as well as the desserts.

The food was not good, choices were pretty much the same everyday. The breakfast was great, but the lunch and dinner were not. For 5 days, they didn’t offer good chicken, all chicken options were very dry and not tasty at all. The Starbucks in the hotel is a scam, has nothing to do with starbucks and they never had anything available, apart from espresso and milk, no syrups at all. The bars were not well equipped as well, more often than not, when we ordered something, the alcohol was sold out and we had to go to another one. Moreover, there are ques everywhere and we had to wait a lot. We were also a big group and would usually go 3 people to the bar to order drinks for the whole group (10 people), for some reason that was e problem for the staff and they didn’t give us the drinks we ordered and demanded we all went to the bar together, creating even bigger ques and waiting times. Most of the staff don’t speak English, so communication is very hard, a lot of staff members were so young, they didn’t even had 14 years old. Overall we didn’t get what we expected and what we paid for and I wouldn’t recommend going there. It’s better to pay more money for a different hotel.

Great value for money, Starbucks available, lots of choice for pools, rooms were clean, seafood ala carte was nice

The location of the resort was perfect, nice views, lovely beach, near the city centre, if anyone wants to have one day away.The aqua park was great fun, along with all the activities that the hotel was offering.The way the resort is made with small pools around the villa areas, different beach locations and many chillax areas, made it comfortable at any time to have some good not overcrowded time.There awere different nights activities and programmes organised for entertainment and DJ night to end with.Food wise, it was ok, there was always something to choose from, but will grade the choices average to other 5* hotels in the area. On the other hand there few a-la-carte restaurants, which offered one complementary night and was a good experience.

At check-in our receptionist haven't advised us anything a part of handing us some cards which ended up being for the room and towels. We weren't advised anything about the resort, where the restaurants, pools, activities and entertainments are happening. Nevermind that apparently this was a SPA resort with SPA center that we found out on day 4. The info above about the complementary dinner, we found out ourselves of course too. No info about any times about anything was provided, good there was a detailed program in the main restaurant that was updated everyday. Very disappointing especially after 15 hours driver last thing you want is a "silent" welcome like this.The family club room was advertised with two separate connecting rooms. Well one of them didn't had a door and we were convinced by the reception that is not true. I mean even here at booking.com you can see what we've book. We have asked for two double rooms instead, they declined the request. We were too tired to argue further but it was a great inconvenience for two couples to share the family club rooms.The staff has to be careful when speaking Turkish as some of us do understand the language.The bartender at the DJ bar was rude and swore after not being happy receiving and amendment to our order. We made him aware and instead of an apology, argumentatively he threw the toys out of his cot.Few suggestions:- Kitchen staff needs to be if not more, at least responsive (our first night we were on a mission to get a clean fork, well took us a lot of staff talk, walking and 25min);- DJ nights were great fun. However every night the music was the same, so after night one and two, pretty boring for us. Would be good to have at least a week worth of sets as no one goes to a resort like this for one night, right.

Aqua park is good!

The hotel was too crowded for its capacity. They were constantly out of stuff, also didn't have enough dishes, sun loungers etc. The rooms in the villas are too small.

Room was over looking evening entertainment which was very very loud and did not finish until midnight (sometimes later). Also room over restaurant which was sometimes also noisy when setting tables up for service (especially breakfast service).

They are so late at everything , I asked for extra blanked I had to ask two times for them to bring it. And we missed the flight because of them and my husband wrote a review they just message me to ask am I sure ? and I had to prove myself to give them every detail how they were so late to get our luggage , how many people I asked and we waited so long they were keep saying they will come but we missed in the end . And it’s crazy windy , if you wanna get tan it’s impossible to sit after you come out from the pool . And beach is not good , you can’t swim without swim shoes and fish bit us so bad we couldn’t swim there too. And soooo many kids playing around if you are couple and wanna have romantic vacation that’s not the place .

Our recent stay at Duja Didim Hotel was unfortunately not up to expectations. While the location is beautiful, several critical issues overshadowed our experience.Firstly, the food variations were poor, with almost the same dishes being served every day. This lack of diversity made dining a monotonous affair. Additionally, the restaurants were overcrowded, and the infrastructure was not adequate to handle the large number of guests comfortably. Ventilation in the dining areas was also a significant issue; we found ourselves eating under grill smoke indoors, which was quite unpleasant. One of the biggest disappointments was the Baklava with pistachio, which did not contain real pistachio. This detail may seem minor, but it reflects a broader issue of quality and authenticity in the food offered.Safety was another concern. The sun shades or umbrellas provided were unsafe, and the lifeguards and staff seemed undertrained, resulting in poor service overall. We also experienced poor quality at the a la carte restaurants, which we found not worth the additional cost.Our family was given a room on the side of the hotel where loud music played until midnight, disrupting our sleep. There was also a lack of information provided during check-in, leaving us to explore and figure out things on our own.Cleanliness in the restaurants was questionable, which added to our discomfort. The daycare workers appeared untrained to care for children, which is a serious issue for families relying on these services.There is no proper pathway to go for a walk within facility, also there are lots of cigarette buds around the green places and beach, very disappointing.Lastly, part of the water park was closed due to what was claimed to be high wind weather. This seemed inconsistent, as it had been open in worse wind conditions previously.Improvements in food variety, staff training, safety measures, and overall service quality are necessary to meet guest expectations.

Overall beautiful hotel

Food facilities was below expectations as were staff. Although they were friendly they were not very attentive

We made reservation with sea view. The only way to see sea you need to go balcony and switch your head 90° left and then you are able to see sea. Food was pretty tasteless. animation was very poor. Most of staff were very kind and hardworking.

The location, the beach was perfect, facilities were goid and clean, the food was perfect.

It was a bit crowded
