    • All inclusive, kids loved it, excellent facilities.
    • Facility was quite big and had many opportunities. Many pools, room was clean and big enough. Aquapark was great for the kids.Staff is helpful and polite. Animations and night shows are interesting, congrats all animation team who are really working hard for this.Rooms are clean, and big enough. Alacarte restaurant was fantastic, exceed my expectations.
    • The grounds are well kept, easy access to beach. Good they have branded drinks like Coke, Fanta etc. water bottles readily available, daytime entertainment was good and kids club was good

    Cons -

    • AC in the room didn’t work fully (there was some temporary fault).
    • Many different types of food, taste was decent. Since the hotel was busy, especially there were queues while getting the food. I will suggest to extend the time period of snack restaurants after 17 which might help to decrease the peak of dinner time.I reserved 2 rooms and noted to have them close to each other since we want to be together with my family. However rooms are arranged last minute, the day before. Hence they suggested to shift us to suite room. It was helpful, but still i would like to have such an opportunity next time and I suggest arranging the rooms in advance in such cases.
    • Our room was not cleaned properly on check inFood is a bit samey samey everydayEvening entertainment was awful, it has gone downhill as we came here 2 years ago and they had turkeys got talent fire show and this year we got a teddy bear elephant!Pools are freezing! Kids refused to go in, ruined the holiday!

Great rooms, pools, kids indoor area and beach. Awesome snacks and drinks during the day.

The main restaurant doesn't allow taking food to the rooms. Our 2 year old son had his lunch nap during lunch time so this meant we could never have lunch with him. Although we paid for it. Restaurant staff mentioned I should cancel the booking and state this as a reason.

    Price was the only thing.

I recently stayed at Aquasis Lux Resort & Spa and found the experience to be quite disappointing. The resort was extremely busy, with a lot of people everywhere, making it difficult to enjoy the facilities. Additionally, the layout of the resort requires guests to walk long distances to get to various amenities, which was quite tiring. One major issue was the buffet area, which only had one entrance and exit. This caused significant congestion and made meal times stressful rather than enjoyable. Overall, I felt that the resort did not offer good value for the money spent.

Beach cabanas (although they are expensive)Lake house pools. Some food options.

It's only lowest possible "Ultra". You need to pay for pretty much anything extra (like energy drink or better alcohol). No Wi-Fi. Mark my words. There is NO WIFI. The network keeps disconnecting and even if it's connected - there is no Internet access. The lake houses are nice, but there is trash everywhere. Also - a lot of fungi in the pools and the pool crates are in a disastrous state.Food is relatively good, but when they serve something really good (like adana) - the queues are longer than 40-50 people (some of them trying to cut the line).Parts of the aquapark are closed. The beach beds are "reserved" already around 6.00 am, but that's standard in Turkey anywhere, unless you go to a high end hotel. This is NOT a high end hotel. You cannot eat anything between 17.00 and 19.00 and between 21.00 and midnight. Nothing. Nope. No food (only drinks). The price for such a hotel is just simply horrendous.

Turkish A la Carte Restaurant was good and the staff was amazing especially Omer Uslu. The water slides were good, the size of the hotel and the pools were big. The villa rooms are good.

Our stay at the hotel was disappointing. The room was dirty on arrival, with sand on the floor, and despite multiple complaints, housekeeping never properly cleaned it. The hotel doesn’t have vacuum cleaners, and only mops the rooms, leaving them gritty. General cleanliness was poor—dirty pool areas, mouldy kids’ pool, and an old, broken hammam. Bars were understaffed, leading to long queues in the sun, and sunbeds were in terrible condition. The lack of lifeguards at pools and the beach was concerning. Food was decent, with the Turkish a la carte restaurant being a highlight, thanks to the excellent service from Omer Usul. However, entertainment was almost non-existent, with just one live singer in 10 nights. The spa was uncomfortable, with cold treatment rooms, no music, and a lack of ambiance. Staff were mostly unfriendly and seemed unhappy, negatively affecting the overall atmosphere. The hotel needs significant improvements in management, cleanliness, and service.

This was our second stay at Aquasis Hotel, and it was another fantastic holiday! We want to thank all the staff who made it possible. Special thanks to the Customer Relationship team for promptly addressing and following up on even the smallest issues. The hotel grounds are extensive, and despite its large capacity, we never felt crowded at the pools or the beach. However, if you have dinner around 8 PM, you might have to wait for a table due to the crowd, but it’s not a big deal. There are activities for everyone, whether you’re seeking a peaceful retreat or a fun-filled vacation. The hotel’s architecture is well-designed, so you don’t encounter issues with overcrowding or finding sunbeds. The food was excellent, and the service staff were incredibly dedicated and friendly. Special thanks to Yusuf Bey, one of the restaurant managers, who served us dinner even though we arrived late on our first day; Yunus Bey, who organized our meal; Berat Bey at Yakut restaurant, who served us with great energy throughout our stay; and Sabriye Zengin, who kept our room spotless during our stay.We had a wonderful time and will definitely return next year for a longer stay.

    Food

Employees.. 2 guys who were taking garbages listened were loudly arabesque music at 4:30am.. Unbelievable.. Cleaning.. When I put do not disturb sign on, they entered room,3 times. There was no cleaning 1 day. Lady told me to take whatever I need from her cleaning stuff while she is in corridor…. Interesting

Great facilities, plenty of opportunities to spend the time. Good and clean beach and pool. Great food with big selections.

Reception and customer support. Any questions raised to reception was not answered. I was struggling to get bath foam refilled for 3 days. Also one person from our group lost hoodie in dressing room, nobody tried to find it. Other personnel was really helpfull and nice.

Selection of food was impressive, facilities were good

Food was cold if you attended later during a sitting

Everything was designed for a family with kids. Children are easily amused kids pool and slides are perfect as well as play ground and kids club being very close to each other.Food was good for the price. The beach and the sea is amazing.

The Hotels position and the bay its located caused it to be windy most of the time. The gardens and plants around were a bit poor. There should have been a much better lanscape. There is lack of a beautiful view you can enjoy your drinks.

The activities were good. The staff was friendly

Our rooms were too far away from the main hotel and swimming pools

    The layout was good

I did not get the room I booked and had to pay to resolve this.Flies all over the food in the restaurant

Meals were magnificent. In standard restaurant there are variety of meals and they are all delicious. Besides there are mexican, japanese and a Italian alacarts. We had chance to eat in Japanese one. They were perfect as well

Wifi was the worst of all. After the evening it's so slow that you can't move anywhere in the internet

    10JulietPosted on: 8-30-2023

I loved my stay there. The staffs were lovely, the efforts on entertainments for both kids and adults was exceptional. The selection of foods in the main restaurant was alright as they always add something different each night. There are 7 different restaurants to eat (dinner only) if your not too keen on the buffett in the main restaurant, you'd have to make a reservation, I tried the Asian, seafood and Kebep restaurant loved them, I wish I tried the Mexican and Italian. The pavilion (private lounge on the beach) was very relaxing. There are multiple water sports activities, I particularly liked the fact that they refused me participating due to my baby bump, it wasn't about the money but more of my baby's safety.I also enjoyed my time at the Spa I had the Turkish bath and facials.

I can't really fault anything, only thing will be limited staffs that speaks English but they are willing to help.

The pools are impressive in size. Which is great when you have kids who love to swim. The lake house bar and Sailor bar were our favourite places to go to relax, however, they’re still lacking. Our lake house room was a good size and location (once they moved us to the correct one we had booked - beware, some of them share a terrace with another room when the advert says private terrace). The beach was clean and the water was clear. Italian and Mexican restaurants are the best in the hotel.

From our experience with 5* hotels, we would not expect a hotel like this when booking one. We were disappointed by a long list of things that need to be improved. Some of the big ones were:- All furniture in rooms, lobby, dining and pool areas needs to be updated. It all looks so out of date.- Cleanliness is an issue. Housekeeping hardly touch your room as they zoom through in less than 5 minutes. The furniture felt icky to touch. The floor in our room was revolting! Our feet would be dirty as soon as we came out of the bathroom from the shower. We saw the mops housekeeping were using and they were extremely dirty everyday. - The buffet food is repetitive and it felt like everything had loads of cheese in it.- NO FRESH JUICE - we have never stayed anywhere that served squash as ‘juice’. At a “5*” hotel you expect juice to be served as a minimum.- The majority of staff are rude and impatient. We managed to find some friendly staff members here and there which was pleasant but they were a minority in the hotel.- The bed was unlike anything we had ever slept on in our lives, it was unbearably uncomfortable. - Sun loungers are also extremely uncomfortable and rickety. The umbrella on our terrace was mouldy, we noticed many other guests had the same issue.- Pillow cases barely fit pillows (which had no pillow protectors) which felt gross. One day we came back to find the one time they changed our bed sheets, they replaced them with ones with holes in!- To get out of going to the buffet for dinner we considered having room service, however, the prices were too ridiculous to risk the food based on what we had seen around the hotel - e.g. 19 Euros for a cheeseburger.- I know that others who have complained or criticised the hotel have been met with a defensive, belligerent and rude response which just makes the hotel look worse. Management should take learn from feedback from guests so they can improve.

Modern facilities with lots of personnel, you can enjoy beach, pools and lots of other activities. Kids club is ok, lots of options for kids,my son wanted to spend time there himself which gave us space with my wife.

Pool temperature was a bit colder than we expected. There are some cats in the garden but there are no signs whether they are vaccinated or not so couldn’t feel safe to let my son spend time with them considering Turkey is red category for rabies. There was no proper “sucuk / sujuk” in restaurants. Kids club don’t pay attention to age limits of the cartoon they play on screen, they were playing Pokemon which was not ok under age 7 but there were lots of kids under that age including my son. Wines are very poor and obviously they picked the cheapest options and they only offer good wine if you pay. Some of the slides were always out of order.. When they play water ball games in the pool, they are asking you to leave your sunbeds with just 10 minutes notice.. There are no USB ports in the rooms for charging purposes

Aquasis is simply the best! Rooms are clean, staff very polite and helpful. Food is simply great. I will be coming back :)

A fantastic resort that provides everything you need for a fantastic holiday. Special mention to Firat Divitci at guest relations for his kind assistance. Thank you to Charlie at 'Regal Travel' (resort based). He provides a very good transfer service. There were a few things I didn't like but overall a great family resort. Azit (waiter) in the green buffet restaurant went over and above. We particularly liked the beach buffet. Lovely hot food. The management arranged us a Mexican Al a carte also complimentary. That was delicious.

Pools on the very cold side. No heated pools. We moved from the Sunset Suites as they really were not so good. I didn't like to see the vermin boxes at the corridors. No ice cream for the children at tea-time. Even lollies would be a bonus. (Ice cream is available in the resort at other times of day), just not at tea time. A bottle of beer in the mini-fridge bar would be nice, or bottled local beer part of the all inclusive package. I think there should be drinks table service at the pool area in the daytime. My advice is to stay in the main hotel. The suites are beautiful if you can afford and think twice about booking a "sunset suite".
