Altinersan Hotel

location was near beach

The staff during breakfast time made lots of noise and they made the people on vacation uncomfortable. In the bathroom I saw a Beetle and told the staff, she said it is normal ! and she said it does not eat you! Air-condition has problem and made noise.

Only location, pretty close to city center and beach

Quality of room (no sound proof at all), rooms are quite old and “used”. Wifi was not working, breakfast was cold

Very helpful and friendly staff, close to Altinkum beach (5-8 min walk) and lots of grocery shops around that are open at late nights. The rooms have all the essentials. There is free street parking around, though it might be harder to find. There is a paid parking lot right across the hotel which costs ~$10/day

The rooms definitely need renovations; furniture, bathroom faucets, and showerhead. The breakfast was very weak

Cleanliness and cheerful staff.

Room layout not good for double bed.

Was in good location and was comfortable to stay there staff were good and helpful

Nothing much really only the light in the room was very bright could not see a smaller dim light by bed or anything

I just want to say, how wonderful Altinersan Hotel is... the staff and accommodation was outstanding, immaculately clean, great food buffet, great location, played pool with the manger 1-1 I have recommended to family and friends ? great reception kind and considerit we are definitely coming back in June, this is a clear 9.99 out of 10 from me, ohh and the rooms fantastic great showers ? beds and towels made every day,a big thank you to all the staff xx and see you in June... Ronny and my friend Kev.

needed a soft pillow, but it got sorted ? could have done with a table lamp, but I guess they will fix that no problem ?

Very clean and friendly staff.Prices reasonable

Mattress was a little hard

Good central location, clean, friendly, nice pool, balcony with rack for drying swinwear, fridge and kettle. Cleaned every day if required. Good breakfast between 8am and 10am. Air con in rooms. WiFi brilliant. Shower exceptional.

Only gripe was that the mattress was too hard.

In each of the last 10 years, we have returned with love to this hotel. Thanks to the staff and accommodation conditions of a superlative level, we feel here exactly like in a family... thank you Şadyie, Gulcan, Hedyie, Kemal, Ümit, Songü(l or n)? and last but not least to the experienced manager, Semih known by the western name of Sammy?. With love, Gabi & Alex.

Friendly, helpful staffClean, nice facilities (beds, room, lobby, restaurant)Location was a plus only 5 minutes slow walk from - the popular Altinkum beach - diverse restaurants, bars, entertainment

- The balcony was small, but it was not a big deal at all since we wanted to spend time outdoors- I wish we could stay longer than one night (it was my schedule-- nothing to do with the hotel).

Close to the beach, chill, pool was nice.

Bathroom was disgusting.. very old, dirty about to fall apart.. you can hear everyone..

Absolutely perfect stay everything was brilliant fab staff were amazing nothing too much trouble great pool, so close to everything dolmus, beach, shops, will definitely use again

Would like a long full size mirror in room but that's just my opinion

Passable

Wardrobe in bedroom fell to pieces and injured both of us, staff could not really be bothered. Big cockroach in bathroom one night which they did remove. Tried to charge us for drinks on check out which we had not had. Cleaner did not clean bathroom whole time we were there. They only emptied bin and supplied toilet roll. Kettle was provided but no cups.

Basic but clean. Very friendly staff. Location is excellent

Breakfast left a little to be desired

Breakfast is very basic, location is perfect, 5 min walking distance To the main beach

Pool was nice. Location was good

It was very dirty. The bathroom was only superficially cleaned, the water almost cold, the shower door broken, the sink full of hair. The bed linen too small for two people. The room was smelly. Breakfast not good. No parking available. Quite noisy.

Very clean staff were friendly and accommodating

It’s very central. Basic but overall clean. Staff are lovely

Pool menu could be doing with a bit more choice. Rooms are very basic

Most of all the employees. If you wanted to have a laugh, Can, one of the staff could always give you one.The location was also very good.Overall it was a very pleasant experience!

Smoking was allowed during breakfast

The room was very pleasant. I enjoyed the balcony in particular. The staff were professional and discreet but were not over friendly. I enjoyed the pool area and the location is very good

The breakfast was plentiful but lacked variety.
