Tuntas Beach Hotel Altinkum - All Inclusive

The hotel sent us a confirmation. Once we arrived at the hotel, they told us there was no place to receive us. All the hotels around were full, and we ended up on the street with two kids

It is at the beach.

The hotel is old and needs renovation. There was never hot water and we had to take showers with cold water.

The hotel is not for tourists, but rather for seniors. it stinks terribly, there is no place to park, the food is poor for dinner and in seconds the tables are cleared like in a barracks. The so-called all-inclusive is two juices, water from a dispenser and non-alcoholic. Their beer was good. The pool is unusable, it looks like a fountain.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the resort was easy to navigate - right on the beach.

The room door was a little temperamental to lock.

Location of the hotel was right on the beach perfect

Food good plenty of choice. Everyone polite and helpful.

Music to loud. Sun loungers dirty some broken and would have thought lounger mattresses would have been supplied as they were made of wooden slates.

absolutely noting I would never recommend anyone to go there, as they say all exclusive but it was the worse ever

room & view absolutely dreadful & management told me they don’t have a room they cancelled my reservation & then then send me to another place that’s are the same company but then they didn’t have room then some how by magical they had a room they charged me for a all exclusive but absolutely the worse food & drink u can ever get

hotel was on the beach and close to shopping street.

my room was next to some trash containers so during day time it smelled really bad. there was no outside spot by the pool where I could charge anything or work - only in the lobby inside there was a working socket. there was no Wi-Fi in the room and bad connection in the lobby. food wasn’t not vegan friendly.

Great location, private beach, pool area directly looking out to sea, beautiful view. Great aircon. Lovely cleaning staff.

Made to pay extra for a triple room despite my booking confirmation stating I had already booked & paid for a triple room. Because of this I had to stay in a tiny, damp, smelly room on the first night & change in the afternoon when a triple became available (despite being booked for 4 months prior to arrival!)Despite being all inclusive it wasn’t possible to eat at the restaurant because all of the food was covered in flies (not one or two…. I mean COVERED!)No sunbeds around pool only tables & chairs.No daytime activities as stated.Shower was always lukewarm or cold.
