Location not great as roads around was poor Hotel dosent have the wow factor look from the outside Compared to other 5 star hotels in Altinkum would rate it 3star plus to 4 star But it was a very pleasant stay

Facility, food, and room cleanness

Staffs at bars and restaurants are extremely rude and unprofessional. Mostly, we had to pick our drinkers and glasses. Also, aqua park is not safe. Life guards don’t regulate how people use slides. Some random guys can inquiry you and ruin your vacation. I made my reservation without reading the reviews. It was painful three days. Luckily, I made a short plan for this place.

Good food, drinks and water temperature in swimming pool!

Good hotel, big pool, aqua park, nice beach. Very friendly and quick staff, great selection of food.All was good.

There is no territory apart from the pool and not very big beach. around the hotel there is nothing interesting. But i stayed for 3 days, had a car and selected this hotel as it was close to the place i needed to visit, so for me all was good.

Lifts very slow

This is a perfect place for a family holiday. The staff was always nice and very polite. Wide range of meals were offered, we hardly could try all of them :)There were every day something new and exciting eg. fireshow was amazing, the kids loved it.

Hardly can be mentioned any negative issue. Defenately we had 5-10 kg plus at the end of the week :)Maybe more activities for adults, eg. yoga, tai chi in the morning would be a good idea. Regardring the food: more dishes with vegetables and seafood in the restaurant, healthier dishes for buffet lunch would be highly appreciated.

Fantastic hotel, good food and great entertainment

Beach very rocky, also we booked 2 rooms for 6 people, on the first night only 1 room available so we all had to share, I received full refund for first night and room ready next day, we also got upgraded to vip and got late checkout, I was happy with how hotel dealt with this

Beautiful hotel. Rooms perfect for families, Great waterpark and friendly staff.

Buffet was very busy and hard to get drinks . No play park on site. Very remote and far from main town.

Had a lovely time. Our 4th stay and didn't let us down.

Dining a bit hectic due to being too chilly to eat outside. Also Al cart (Turkish) was a let down. Husband dinner was cold which they replaced and still cold. There was no time between courses to enjoy food.

This hotel has a magnificent panoramic view of the bay. The all inclusive package was great value with great food selection.It would be very easy to go vegetarian with a great selection. It actually is difficult to keep portions small.All local alcholic beverages are free. Great place for kids with lots of swimming pools.Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The property is amazing.The staff is so welcoming.On arrival we were told that the hotel is over booked and they can not give us the room we booked 5 triple room instead they will up grade us to suite,2 bedroom family room and double bedroom.along with that free laundry and free Alcarte dinner which we didn’t use.So much to eat all the time.the hotel staff make sure to serve you in best way how ever they had problem understanding English.We were family of 15 ppl and the kids loved the water park and activities in the resort.Gozleme at the beach cafe was amazing.Cherry on top when we went to check out Mr Ibrahim and miss selene told us that they will give us first night free and will only charge for 2 nights out of three.loved every bit of it

The staff are extremely hard working and still always smiling nothing ever is too much trouble.Titi and his team and great and really know how to entertain and keeping guests and especially kids busy.Amazing food and drink lovely rooms.
