The location, the staff were lovely, and very accommodating. The rooftop views were nice.

The staff were lovely and very accommodating, making our stay feel welcome. The only downside was that the water was cold every time we showered, which was disappointing. With consistent hot water it would’ve been nice. Highly recommend double checking which room you’re booking beforehand too. I thought I had booked a different room than I did. The property was unique and comfortable overall.

The location is excellent, a minute walk to the center and shops, restaurants, bus station. It is not on the main road so it is quiet and away from the noise of restaurants and shops (street above the main street). The accommodation is new, the beds are comfortable, the rooms are nicely furnished and cozy. The staff is friendly, ready to help, they organized a hot air balloon flight for us. We really enjoyed our stay.

The main contact, Mustafa, was exceptionally nice during our stay. The room is big and comfortable. Breakfast was included in the price paid, quite worth it.

Would highly recommend this place ..Very homely stay run by a family..Extremely well maintained property..The location is the highlight of this place . As it is very close from the centre of the goreme . We had an amazing time here.. We arrived early at around 10.30 and the host accommodated us with an early check-in and also some snacks and tea to make us comfortable..The rooms are floor heated and we're very cozy.. n they also gave us nice options of tours and very good competitive prices . Anyday would recommend this..

The staff is amazing. The hotel is family business, holding by brothers: Kazhy, Nuri and Mustafa. All three brothers helped us a lot, Nuri even was our guide.

Fantastic location close to the main city and food. The rooftop is in a great spot to see the rest of the city from up high and see the landscape on the otherside where the hot air ballons fly. The hotel's hosts are amazing and go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety and it changed up everyday so there is new food to try.

Gala Cave is in a great, central location in Goreme. The property is beautiful and the rooms very tastefully reflect the local style. The owner was very accommodating for us as we had a large party and wanted rooms as near each other as possible. The breakfast was fantastic and featured a number of fresh fruits and vegetables from the family farm. The hotel was also very proactive and helpful with booking local tours and entertainment options and gave us lots of good advice on what would best fit our family's needs and interests.

Everything was great. We arrived late and the staff was very accommodating and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and located very close to the center of town making restaurants and shopping very accessible. The breakfast was delicious.

New and beautiful hotel in the most charming city in Cappadocia. Very kind staff. Wonderful Turkish breakfast. The room is wide and comfortable, with a very big bed. The solarium has a 360 view, and one can see the beautiful lights of Göreme at night, and the take off of the balloons in the early morning.

The staff was exceptional. They drove us to trailheads to start hikes at no charge, gave us great suggestions for restaurants and guided tours. Helped us out when the booked shuttle to the airport forgot about us and showed up 45 minutes late. Breakfast was fine.

Great location with private parking space. All furnitures and amenities are relatively new. The boss and staff are friendly. Breakfast offers a good variety of food.

Brand new hotel with fantastic family running it. They were also able to book all our tours and recommend other things to see and places to eat.

The hotel is quite new in a very good location. It’s clean and the breakfast is good. It’s family run hotel and they are very welcoming, friendly and warm. It’s walking distance to the city centre. Mustafa is very helpful. We would definitely stay there again if we visit cappadocia.

My wife and I had a wonderful 1-night stay recently at Gala Cave Hotel in Goreme, Cappadocia. It is ideally located very close to the town and restaurants. Since it is a new hotel, the rooms and facilities have been recently renovated, and our Deluxe room on the back side of the property was clean and tastefully done. The king-sized bed in the room was comfy and the bathroom was clean with fast hot water delivery. The best aspect of the hotel is its friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is a boutique family-run property. We interacted with the two brothers who run it - Noorie and Mustafa - and they ensured that our stay was comfortable. The lady property manager who checked us in was also very friendly. We had to leave early in the morning to catch our flight from Kayseri, and they allowed us to have breakfast earlier than their normal breakfast hours. All in all, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Goreme.
