Nice breakfast, clean room, relaxed ambience, and great staff.

It was charming. The rooftop views were spectacular and lounging area options to soak it all in was great. Breakfast is served 8-9:30 and they had a variety of options, buffet style.They do have someone on staff 24/7 and they have security cameras they monitor at the front desk. They were prompt to go greet whomever appeared on cameras as a new face. I felt safe.Super short stroll into town with charming shops, backdrops, and of course the natural wonders to view along the way.

Great location with a fantastic rooftop terrace for balloon watching. The staff are incredibly helpful with information on things to do in the area and helped us to book all our activities and gave lovely restaurant recommendations too.

Only downside was that the mattress and pillow was very hard and uncomfortable.

I had a lovely stay at Cappadocia Cave Lodge. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. They made everything feel easy and welcoming.Breakfast was fresh and delicious — a great start to each day.The hotel is located at the top of a hill, which gives it amazing views for watching the balloons at sunrise and catching the sunset. Just a heads-up: the incline to get there is a bit steep, so if you’re not a fan of uphill walks, you might want to keep that in mind.

It was an amazing experience for us. The room was spacious and very clean. The receptionist was fabulous and very welcoming. Very polite people.Everything was nearby and lots of restaurant walking distance. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a peaceful place. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one

The location was great, the room is quiet, and the rooftop balcony was a fantastic view of the whole city and probably of the balloons if they hadn’t canceled them.

The views from the rooftop are perfect! The staff is really kind and attentive, they offered us tea and turkish coffee.Breafast is fresh, and they can make you an omelette if you want to.Ali at the front desk was very helpful and explained everything patiently. (He also showed us photos of his cute cats ?).Gece, the hotel puppy is the friendliest sweetest dog ever!

The cave room was spacious. The rooftop has amazing view of Goreme and the balloons. The free breakfast was good.

The climb up the hill to get to the hotel however it's the price to pay for the amazing view from the hotel.

Amazing staff , always with a a smile and always ready to help. Super comfortable bed and a big bathroom with two shower heads . The breakfast was excellent and fresh! Amazing view from the rooftop Totally recommend!

The rooftop view to see the hot air balloons is perfect!!! In early April, I almost had the entire rooftop to myself. The staff was so accommodating and the amenities are SUPER clean since it's a newer cave hotel.

Amazing view, and incredibly helpful staff. They helped us book all the tours and restaurants we wanted to go.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. Spacious and clean room, and the view from terrace/rooftop was terrific! It is top of a hill, so you would have to walk up if you go down to Göreme town (which I don’t mind) but still accessible to everywhere. We will miss the cute pups Gech❤️

Hotel was located at the top of Gerome, with a great view of the whole town. Perfect for a sun rise viewing of the hot air balloons on the hote terrace. Staff was friendly and helpful in providing advice on tours and booking a taxi for us. Breakfast included a large spread, including freshly prepared eggs. Room was large and clean, with comfortable beds. They have an adorable and friendly dog as well.

The staff looking after us were brilliant. They are always on the end of a WhatsApp chat and respond almost immediately to everything we asked them whilst in the UK. Super helpful and attentive, every single member of the team made the stay wonderful. Contact them book airport transfer and balloon tour. They also sorted taxis for us and called restaurants to make bookings on our behalf. The view from the terrace is really special, and the location so close to everything you need in Göreme and beyond. Breakfast was top notch. All in all - wonderful.

A working fridge in the room would have made the stay even better.

We don't normally bother with rave reviews in our travels across the world , but this place deserves it.Location is supreme and its boutique setup is beautiful yet not over the top.It's understated elegance.The staff are what makes this hotel, with highly knowledgeable staff and in the kitchen wonderful food prepared everyday.On several occasions the staff bent over backwards to chase up bookings or supply us with a coffee or food even when not prompted but anticipated.That's outstanding, with the little things making all the difference.

Wanted to stay longer

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They helped us book our airport transfers and organized shuttles for our tours around the Goreme area. The man in the front office, Soheyl, was especially helpful to us in explaining all of the things to do and see in Cappadocia and all of the hotel amenities.

The lighting in the room could be improved. The way it shines up from the floor is very bright and blinding when looking down at your bag.

Great location, nice staff. Room is nice and clean. We were able offered Turkish coffee during breakfast. Highly recommended.
