Ciner Hotel

Nice layout for small hotel. A very nice outdoor swimming pool. Good breakfast. Comfortable and clean

The hotel is 3 star but very comfortable and placed in a quiet place. The balloons are starting next to the hotel and mornings there is very beautiful to watch it.

The door in the bathroom is wooden and needs a bit of force to close because of deformation. The refrigerator is not working properly.

Location is close to hot baloon dispatch area and close to main town Goreme city. Breakfast great. No noice and peaceful environment

Beautiful place, nice breakfast, great pool, pretty rooms. Staff helped good with booking transfers as requested through the booking app.

It's a bit on the side of Goreme, so be aware it's a little walk to the city centre. Staff was sometimes a bit absent in their communication.

I largely chose this property because of the ample, accessible parking. I rented a car tour Cappadocia; and I had no desire staying in any of the town centres and attempt to park on a 60 degree hill. However, upon my arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that Ciner Hotel was an adorable gem. There’s a lovely pool and an excellent morning breakfast buffet. I also loved the size of my room. Most importantly, it was quiet, something I truly value when I travel.

The only thing missing was a small electric water kettle to boil water for coffee or tea (although the staff were happy to provide you with hot water when you asked)

What a beautiful place! We loved absolutely everything about it. The breakfast was delightful, and the terrace was such a lovely spot to enjoy it. The staff went above and beyond, serving us with genuine care and kindness. We had to leave early one morning, and when we requested, they thoughtfully prepared sandwiches for us to take instead of breakfast. Such a considerate and warm-hearted gesture! Truly a wonderful experience.

Be sure to wake up early to enjoy the full variety of breakfast options—they’re absolutely worth it! Just keep in mind that some items might run out later in the morning, so it’s best to get there early for the freshest selection.

Not impressed

Couldn't say the staff were very friendly. The door to my room had a lock that you had to fiddle with to get to work. Because of the gaps around the door, it certainly wasn't a quiet room with everyone seeming to need to close their door loudly. Shower head leaked badly and sprayed everywhere. Towels were not changed except for 1 on the 3rd day. Breakfast was okay and did change each day. I was able to get a glass of ice each day when I asked. Would I stay there again - no.

Good location right on the edge of Goreme, very friendly and helpful staff, happy to accommodate an extra night stay upon arrival and helpfully answered questions without ever aggressively trying to sell various tour packages.

Only 2 sockets in the rooms which was a bit limiting. However, internet was fine contrary to the other clowns who have left bad reviews about this. The rooms were also very clean, shower was excellent although it didn't always stay on the holder, but at the price of the hotel that's not really a big issue.

The price and pool available. It was quiet and check in check out was easy.

Good location. A short walk from town. Nice clean pool. They quickly answered my questions before I arrived regarding directions via bus. They gave us a family room when I asked for separate beds. The nightly rate was low.

The bathroom could use a little maintenance (e.g., the towel rack was hanging off the wall, the toilet seat cover was completely detached, and there was no soap dispenser in the shower).

Clean and comfortable room, excellent pool and really good breakfast, which exceeded our expectations.

Only the pool area was ok .it was close to the Ballon sites.

The bathroom was too close to the basin.Did Not have lifts to baggage to the room.Rooms were not clean.Shower were not working correctly.Shower were getting blocked the toilet had a bit of a smell.Not ventilation in bathroom so it gets very stuffy with the heat .

Breakfast was nice and had lots of options. Was awesome to have a pool so close to our room. Our room was also very nice, clean and comfortable. The reception staff were great and were able to offer discounts on local experiences.

It was not worth the money. I expected a better room with better facilities. The was no liquid soap. We asked for it and

I loved the staff in the kitchen and restaurant. They were very kind and helpful.

The sheets and the towels were stained and dirty. Nothing smelled like detergent. Everyday they did the room service they couldn’t even get the towels number right once. The one I am assuming was the manager was always replying so forcefully and appreared disgusted and bothered. Not to mention the staff smoked shisha in the middle of the hotel lobby at evenings. Very thin walls. It was extremely noisy, we barely got any sleep especially in the midnight and soon after. And on top of everything, the room wasn’t even 100% accurate. I don’t know where they took the pictures of the bathroom from, but for sure it wasn’t the one we stayed in. I let the receptionist know and he said the room is exactly the same. As if!

The location is alright, walking distance to local activities and restaurants

Breakfast was very poor. Definitely need toaster, more salami variety and need fruits. TV not working, WiFi connection in the rooms very poor, very small wardrobe

Staff was very professional, bathrooms was clean and have all toiletries, cozy towels, clean pillows and duvet covers, breakfast was fantastic
