Location, friendly staff, cleanliness, good breakfast

The hotel is in a great location. Has a magnificent view from the terrace. The buffet breakfast is good. The property is very clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly

If you self driving rent a car, best place to stay and the staff is very helpful. Close to restaurant everything is walkable.

Little cleaning for bathroom floor,Little moldy

The male staff were outstanding (Halil, Hassan, Jalil, Berat, and the other gentleman the name I can't recall)! They were exceptionally warm, helpful and very accommodating - super stars! Teddy (the adorable hotel mascot) was an added bonus! The location was excellent too! It's not on a cliff so can be easily accessed even by elderlies. It provided an excellent vantage point of the hot air balloon take off point which was hard to beat. The sunrise/sunset point was also just minutes away (but be prepared for the uphill walk). The Open Air Museum, Swords Valley, the ATV and Horse back riding sites are also within walkable distance. There are also a lot of great restaurants and hang out cafes close by (Chef Kebab, Namaste India, Hector's Coffee, Anzak Coffee to name a few). The breakfast spread was delightful! Thank you again Hassan for making us Turkish Egg Shashookas on request! It was easily may favorite!!???The patio, terrace lounge and swimming was an excellent spot to spend a relaxed day. I can easily spend an afternoon lounging by the pool.

The carpets on the rooftop viewing deck can benefit from some refreshing or even changing. I would have laid there if I felt it was clean enough to do so. Also the water on our room shower was slow to drain. I think the tiles were not leveled properly so water are pooling on some areas which can be a hazard.

Comfortable beds and spacious room. We had the room with 2 beds over 2 floors - each had a balcony. It was great to enjoy coffee in the morning and watch the balloons.

We only got one key for 2 of us for the room. In the upstairs bedroom is a step we kept tripping over. We told the hotel and they are going to fix this.

Centrally located, the front desk gentleman was wonderful!

The bed and pillows could have been more comfortable. Other than that it was great

Well appointed, fantastic pool, terrace was great for balloon watching and a lovely breakfast, great room and helpful staff.

It needs renivation d owner needs to spend money nd mk renovations as d location is d top bt gone very used up and d breakfast reallt really needs upgrade

No housekeeping.no cleaning happened and when I asked the cleaning lady who came after reminder to vacuum the room,she firstly refused,grumbled and then did a very bad job

It was in the central location of a small town Goreme with an open air museum within walking distance. The access to shops and restaurants was wonderful but it was a block away from a main road, so it was very quiet. The room was very spacious and they provided bottled water that was a nice touch. Beds were comfortable and we had great rest at night.The hotel staff were very courteous and friendly. They arranged a full-day private tour of Cappadocia with a knowledgeable guide. They asked if we needed any help but not pressuring at all, which was nice. The breakfast had a good variety of food and drink. The breakfast room was on the top floor facing the rock formations, and you can eat inside or outside at the terrace where you can enjoy a great view of hot air balloons all over the town. Overall the hotel was such a gem that we highly recommend this hotel to others and we would love to stay at this hotel again.

Plumbing (drainage) of the shower was a bit slow.

we feel at home and i fell in love with Teddy the dog.Pleasant staff and very helpful.Perfect place to stay, location is accessible, shops and bus station nearby, restaurant as well. , my favourite place is in the rooftop where you can see the hot air balloon in the morning., you can witness the sunrise and sunset too.Highly recommended and good breakfast.

Right on Goreme, could see fairy chimneys and hot air balloons from hotel’s terrace; best buffet breakfast we had in Turkey; courteous and friendly staff. On level ground; don’t have to climb uphill.

Bathroom has sewage smell, water splashing all over vanity and floor when faucet is turned on, could hear people talking in hallway, ground terrace.

It's not grand...what the name says. It's simple room with normal facility run by family members.Breakfast is not good at all.For any activities you ask, they ask money in Euros and 3 times what u see on klook etc.

Very good hotel with perfect central location. But the most important thing is the hotel staff- they organised absolutely everything for us with attractive prices. Very helpful and kind people! Thanks a lot !

- Location- Customer ServiceCelal was very welcoming and helped us with luggage upon arrival and at the time of departure. He also arranged ATV tour and swirling dervishes’ performance tickets for us.At check out time, we forgot one of our bags at the reception but we realized the mistake after reaching Kayseri Airport (1 hour away). Celal immediately dispatched a cab with our bag to the airport, however, there was not enough time as boarding would have closed by the time cab had reached the airport. I requested Celal to send the bag via bus and I would collect it from the bus station in Istanbul. Instead, he asked his brother (Cemal) to deliver the bag to us in Istanbul. Cemal took the next immediate flight from the nearby Nevsehir Kapadokya Airport and handed over the bag to us at IST. The brothers really saved the day and I am really grateful to them for going above and beyond. Would highly recommend the hotel because of Celal’s excellent hospitality.
