Osmanbey Cave House

It was centrally located and walkable to many restaurants and shops. The breakfast was nice.

The beds weren’t as comfortable and we weren’t able to control the heat in our room. It would get very hot at times.

Location and staff were pleasant and helped us book daily tours

Our cave room was hot even though there was a cooling unit. It jus didn’t reach the inside room

Breakfast needs improvement. Not a lot of choices that cater to our taste.

We booked room 102 since we were 3 adults traveling together. It was on the ground floor and which meant we did not have to drag our suitcases up the staircase like most other rooms on the property. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. Shamil(?) was working the reception desk when we arrived and he made us feel very welcome and taken care of. They supplied plenty of water throughout our stay, and there were toiletries, slippers, towels, and free coffee and tea in the room. The breakfast spread was good and tasty.We booked our balloon ride and roundtrip public airport transfer through the hotel as well, which were all excellent.

My main complaint is that the room was too dark. It had windows which we opened but the light was inadequate. Most of the lights were uplights which were harsh on the eyes. I know it is a cave hotel but our friends stayed at a similar place nearby and they had adequate lighting. This room made me wish i had a headlamp when i packed/unpacked. The shower area was also a bit dark and did not have enough shelves to put shampoo/soap on. I also would have liked larger trash bins in the room.

This property was stunning. When I first saw it, it brought tears to my eyes. What a magical place. The views / location was a dream. The food included was sooo good. And the staff… wow! They were ALL super kind, friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay special. I’d love to come back.

It is a beautifully decorated cave hotel with helpful staff. They were very good at communicating on WhatsApp and booked my tours and airport transportation. Room was spacious with 2 sleeping areas. Good bathroom amenities. Breakfast was a huge spread with a view of Cappadocia. Stores and restaurants are all around the hotel. You could probably see the hot air balloons from their huge roof top but unfortunately it was cancelled when we were there.

Osmanbey Cave House 1000/10 ⭐️ 5 star is not enough, because in Osmanbey Cave House you feel home. All the staff are always smiling, makes you feel happy everyday. And they give full service. ❤️?Receptionist : they are very attentive, friendly, kind and respectful person. Especially Rasheed , Serhat (whom we always talk to) and Shamil ( He’s the one always answering the questions before we came to Cappadocia). These 3 Gentlemen’s were superb and helpful. They are always offering coffee or Tea. ❤️ I was so overwhelmed because they even remembered my Birthday, after our Tour they surprised my with a cake and sing a birthday song for me. I wasn’t even expecting this. Hotel : Clean, they provide essential kit. Bottled water everyday. Even the cleaner was so nice and always smiling. There is hot and cold water dispenser near the reception area. ? they also have 2 terrace, which you can watched the sunrise , hot air balloon and sunset. The carpet area is one of a kFood : Breakfast was super! You can asked to cook ? eggs (scrambled or fried eggs, they are very attentive to their Guests). Location : perfect! Perfect for hot air balloon watching and it’s in the Center of Göreme, there’s a Restaurant , coffee shop and Souvenir shops nearby, across the street there is convenient store. I can tell, it’s walking distance from everything. Service: they offered hot air balloon rides, ATV, airport service and tour activities. Comfortable beds, very spacious and quiet room, nice bathroom, and convenient central location. A wonderful breakfast each morning. Also, all the staff were very kind, always smiling, and willing to help us in any way. We would love to come back!

The staff was very gentle and always available! The place was clean and cosy, located in a very strategic position: nearby bars and restaurants!

Decor, style of hotel, location

It didn't both us but breakfast was on the roof top terrace so there were quite a few stairs.

The breakfast was amazing! So much delicious food and each day our eggs were cooked to order. Such a sweet cook who treated us like royalty!Whenever we saw any staff, they would all ask us how everything was and what else we needed - so helpful in arranging activities too.

Our twin beds were not very comfortable but the room itself was very pleasant. The room was kept too warm but we were able to regulate it the second night by turning on the A/C.

The central location, so close to everything, great fried eggs for breakfast and very accommodating staff. The cave rooms were incredible, different and with heated floors..I could not find fault.

Can’t speak highly enough of the great customer service and experience that I had here. We stayed in the family suite 201. Lots of space. Very roomy. There was a mixup with the airport shuttle and they went above and beyond to correct it. Much more than they needed to do. Turkish breakfast was great. I rarely rave about hotel breakfasts. Also had custom omelets and Turkish coffee. Would 100% recommend and stay again.

Central location at the base of the city center so convenient to explore. Newer hotel and facilities were clean. Good breakfast and amazing staff. Mohamed was exceptionally kind offering his help and checking in to offer coffee, tea or anything to help make the stay enjoyable. Good wifi for me to work with no issue on zoom calls.

Soundproofing is not the best as the entry doors have a small gap at the bottom which leads to more noise. Depending on the room location this may bother some but didn’t affect my stay much.

The staff (Yavuz, Mustafa, Mohammed and Rashed) were awesome. Always greeted us with a smile and offered plenty of recommendations for food/activities. The hotel is beautiful, especially the courtyard and terrace.
