Heated floors! A great view from the Terrace and breakfast restaurant!

Breakfast is good, the room is good with comfy bed The rooftop views is fantastic for the hot air balloon

Nice view and amazing hospitality. Max was very kind and helpful, i am quite happy with our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay. The staff were very nice and accommodating. They helped with everything from food , tours, suggestions and most importantly, went out of their way to make sure my family had everything they needed. They swang on the swing with my girls and also fed and held our baby. They treated us not like guest but friends. The hotel itself was super clean with amazing views. Breakfast was so good with full spread of food. They will even cook you something else if you want. The customer service, quality, and location make this hotel a great deal, and I'm surprised it was so cheap to book. Thank you for a great stay

Noting we didn't like about the hotel.

The view from the hotel was magnificent and all the staff were so kind and supportive.The bath can make you feel you are Ottoman king.

Communication with the hotel was great since the beginning, they accommodate our need for a room with no stairs and arranged airport transfer for us. The rooms and the amenities are super clean and well mantained and the staff is very kind, reception is always open to help you with whatever you need. Our family had a great time and was impressed with the nice rooms we were given. Thanks ?

Lovely room and ensuite bathroom. Breakfast was a wonderful buffet of Turkish items every morning and homemade jams and fresh bread. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was quiet and had a small fridge and air con. Cute little fireplace for ambiance.

The mattress was extremely firm but this seems to be a preference all across Turkey.

The location, the view, the bathroom available to all guest even before the room is ready was very appreciable, and the living-room were we could rest. Also very kind of the hotel to accept to keep our luggage before we could get the room

What an excellent place!Dont know the name but recepcionist was extremely helpful! Also booked us a camel ride last minute!

I loved the hotel. The room was big and clean. The staff were kind and nice with us, and gave us some advise about tours we asked them about. The view to Goreme from the rooftop was spectacular. Breakfast was really good.

the hospitality at the hotel was amazing.the location of the hotel was very convenient. and the receptionist was amazing he answered all my queries and also gave me suggestions about my queries. my overall experience was amazing.

It felt homey and everyone was welcoming. Location was accessible to town, great view as well

Spacious room in a cave hotel in Göreme. The location is good, being around 5 to 10 minutes' (downhill) walk to the town centre with restaurants, cafes and the bus stop. The breakfast was excellent and varied, the roof terrace has a great view over the town (and of balloons at sunrise) and the staff were helpful in arranging transfers and activities.

Walkable distance to main street,helpful reception staff booked our 2 activities we did breakfast was also nice and provided extra ie I needed yogurt they freely provided. Pictures I took from foyer over looking airballons stunning views

Bed was not comfortable at all,cud do away with pink bed spread and stick to plain white linen

The space and the ambiance of the accomodation, very friendly staff, great breakfast, helpful in showing picture-taking hot spots and on there is a magnificent roof terrace for spotting air balloons.

The bathroom does not have good ventilation. (but it is a cave, so it is understandable)

View from rooftop terrace was spectacular, especially at 5am for balloon viewing. Room was appropriately cave-themed. Staff was very helpful, not pushy about tours, etc. Breakfast was great, lots of food choices and fresh eggs cooked to order.

WiFi in the cave was a little spotty, but no big deal. Everything else fantastic!

Great location with terrific views of the balloons and with close proximity to centre of town but in a quieter spot up the hill. Room was comfortable & spacious, staff were helpful and breakfast was generous and varied.

Great rooftop terrace to enjoy breakfast, watching the balloons in the morning and the sunset in the evening. Room and staff were lovely.
