Great location, fairytale setting from the terrace. Hotel employee is really friendly and will advise you really well for any tours. Breakfast was served on time and always fresh. The room was clean and very spacious. I will recommend the hotel to all.

Pillows are stiff and uncomfortable. Room can get chili during cold weather.

The hospitality and reception were excellent, and I received a room upgrade. The lady in the breakfast area was very kind. The property is well-maintained and in great condition. The follow-up on our arrival and assistance with late check-in made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable.

It is a beautiful cave hotel with rooftop cafe which has the best view in town. The deserts in the breakfast buffet are to die for. The room and washroom both were well conditioned for winters and very sapcious. The staff was very welcoming and helped us in booking shared airport shuttles(14 Euros per person). Although you'll get direct view of hot air balloons in the morning but for our days in cappadocia balloon launch was cancelled.

The location was very good. The views were amazing and it was a very short walk to the center of town and many lovely attractions. Parking was tight - but provided close by. The room was carved from the living rock - a true cave hotel - and very spacious room. It felt so safe and comfortable and very quiet. It was a great experience to stay here. The view from the very top of the hotel where the buffet breakfast was located was outstanding. The hotel was filled with antique items and unique decor. Many communal outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy the views. I loved visiting with the cats in the courtyard spaces - very friendly. Very good value for the quality of the room and location.

The staff was a bit meh? Breakfast was ok - location great - food just average. Shower was missing one part of the enclosure door so got a bit wet in the bathroom.

I really enjoyed the location. It was perfectly situated and we were able to walk everywhere!

The bed was a bit uncomfortable (hard) and I’m not sure if other rooms were like this but the room we stayed in had a carpet that divided the space and unbeknownst to us there was another room behind it that appeared to be a supply/storage closet. I realized this when I saw a cat in the room and our front door/windows had been closed. The cat came in through an opening from the outside. There was a large locker structure blocking the entrance of the room but it was unlocked and we realized anybody or anything could make it’s way into our room. I was a bit unsettled after that. Overall I did enjoy my stay, it was just nerve wracking to sleep knowing there was another accessible space right behind us only divided by carpet.

Its very much convenient to find the location.And all the food options are available within fee meteres of the accomadation.Its so nice city to explore all the needs and food options.And you can see morning baloons surfing through skies from the terrace.And the staff is amazing Nur and the other staff (forgot the name) both are proactive to customer needs.Nur is so good and well in hospitality.

I loved the the rooftop terrace for baloon watching. The breakfast is served there as well, delicious outstanding bürek. 5 min walk to bus station. Cosy, warm, comfortable.

What a beautiful hotel! Wow. Stayed here for a few nights with my mother and sisters for a girls' trip. This is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. The service is amazing - Nur was wonderful. She was so friendly and helpful and accommodated every request. She also booked our activities - we were picked up directly from the hotel which is great. The breakfast is DELICIOUS. Genuinely the best I had my entire time in Turkiye. The view from the terrace is breathtaking - highly recommend having your tea out there. The rooms are amazing and so cosy and warm. The service is great. They treat you like family. I would love to come back soon. Thank you - from my mum and sisters and I :)

The breakfast was amazing. Huge variety, very tasty and the location/breakfast room was breathtaking! Everything was plentiful and delicious. The staff go out of their way to ensure everything is perfect. We did so many activities both organised by the hotel and some not and it was so well organised and thoughtful that our entire stay in Goreme was excellent. A very magical place enhanced by beautiful, kind people. The generosity and hospitality in this region is unlike anything I’ve experienced before.

This is a cave, so the darkness in the rooms is a little depressing but it is exactly what we asked for when staying in a cave!

The view from the balcony was beautiful ( see photos ) and the staff were so lovely. The breakfast was delightful too.

It’s a beautiful cave hotel in the heart of Goreme that is just far enough off the main strip to be quiet and peaceful.There is a nice balance between traditional Turkish decor and the hotel owner’s interest in small vintage mechanical items which enhances its charm. There is an incredible view on the rooftop!The staff is wonderful and if you are lucky, you will meet the owner’s sweet puppy.I painstakingly went through the lodgings available and was very pleased with my choice!

I can’t think of a single complaint.

The location was very good and the hotel had parking.

The beds were hard and uncomfortable and the pillows stiff and too large. Our necks and backs hurt after two nights.

The location is very good and the property has an excelent view over the city and surroundings from the rooftop.Breakfast is very good with a lot of traditional savory and sweet options to choose from.

Room toilet and shower deserve a better and frequent cleaning.
