The location, the rooms were cozy.

They didn’t clean our rooms.

Early check out time as our flight is in the evening and we’re with a baby. Now we’ve to wait and spend the time outside even if the baby sleeps

Beautiful traditional cave hotel with great views over Göreme! The room was cozy and full of charm, giving a real Cappadocia experience. Many thanks to Günye for being super friendly and helpful – he made the stay even more special. Highly recommend!

Our night shift host, Güney went above and beyond to make us happy even though there was some misunderstanding. He was hospitable and respectful.

The photoshoot with dress and hot air balloons was not up to our expectations though Güney tried his best to come to a solution. We accepted because of him. Activities booked with the place are a little more expensive than outside.

Breakfast was OK for this price. Room facilities are also price match.

We book a double room and we have a 6 year old daughter. I checked the rooms' photos and I saw the picture that has extra bed. Then, I checked hotel policies for children and beds and it said stay until 7 years old is free, crib is free and no info for the price of extra bed but it's written that extra bed is upon availability. I wrote the hotel 2 days before we went that we need extra bed. They request extra money but there is no information about the cost of this extra bed and even it's written that crib is free, so we assume extra bed is also free. We couldn't change our booking because we paid in advance and when we get there they charge us 750 TL (18 Dollars) for one night for extra bed. They need to change the room photos and also the extra bed policy information to be clear about its price.

I wish I remember his name but the gentleman who checked me in was the biggest help. He helped me change my hot air balloon ride, so my friends and I didn’t have to ride an hour to go and see a hot air balloons. He was kind and patient and he took the time to help me out and even to help me book my Turkish dinner.

The breakfast was basic and the breakfast staff was always grumpy.

The personal was very kind. Hotel was located at perfect location. Rooms were very clean. Really recommend it

AC wasn’t working, curtains were too sheer, rooms look too spacious in pictures.

It was just ok. Had many other options in this amount.

Location is good. Host is good and breakfast is also good.

The rooms are very compact. Cleanliness is not up to mark. Smells humid inside rooms and not required utilities provided.

Good location near Uchisar castle and market place. Good breakfast.

Room was tight for 3 pax. Parking on the street was difficult to get.

Staffs are all friendly and efficient.The room was big enough for us. Really quiet and we slept really well. The location is perfect!! It’s in Goreme city centre with loads of restaurants and tourist places. Waking distance I the shops. The Hotel staffs sorted all our activities such as Hot air balloon, Camel ride and Green tour and our taxi to and from the airport.We love the special flat cheese bread that is made by the Chef every morning. Breakfast was enough.

Nothing. We just wish that the swimming pool was ready but it was under construction when we stayed.Perhaps hotdog or scramble eggs to be included in the breakfast would be amazing.

Not really happy

No housekeeping came the next day to change towels & give toilet paper, breakfast was good but not enough variety and if you ask for more food they give one time only and they if you take food in the room you’re not allowed. This hotel need lots of improvements .

Overall, the experience was decent.The highlight was definitely the staff — they were excellent and genuinely helpful. A special mention goes to Guney at the front desk, who went above and beyond with his recommendations and local insights. Truly a 10/10 service from him!Mohammed was also kind and accommodating, making our stay smoother.Would I return? Possibly, thanks to the wonderful staff!

While the staff were amazing, the overall property could use some improvements. Some areas felt a bit dated, and certain amenities didn’t quite meet expectations. A bit more attention to detail in terms of cleanliness or maintenance would’ve made the stay even better.

Property is a traditional turkish hotel with traditional decor, i did not see what the spa was like as i never went, alot of cats about.

The cleaning staff was rude and inattentive, the reception staff were very poor, they do'nt have Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, customer service is not adequate, the entire hotel was empty but they didn't let us stay another night because of our nationality, Despite being empty, they still didn't let us check in a few minutes before and they left our suitcases outside reception and they didn't let us bring them in either.

Good spacious rooms with floor heating and all essential amenities. It was adequately warm for a comfortable stay.

The breakfast buffet was not satisfying, and there is definitely more room for improvements. Also, some activities were booked through the hotel due to the scarcity of time, but we learned later that the hotel charged us much more than the actual price.
