Kayatas Cave Suites

We stayed in room with Jacuzzi and it was clean. Everything was clean especially washrooms which is super important for us. Staff is very helpful and they arranged tours and rentals very quick. Breakfast was great and they helped us with our luggage after check out and we stayed in their lobby room until we had our shuttle bus. Beautiful place and well lit up. I liked their rooftop too. Much recommended!

Wifi connectivity had some issues but that can be easily fixed. I wish they had created some ambience at their rooftop which was also one of the factor to book this place.

The staff was very kind, as if they were our family. Breakfast was also great. Many home baked dishes are there. The views are pretty good too as the hotel is at a good height.

The jacuzzi tub smelled pretty bad when the jet was switched on. I cleaned it with water but still second time it smelled bad.

The property is nestled in a beautiful setting, surrounded by breathtaking views, amazing restaurants, and a spacious upstairs terrace. We visited Cappadocia all the way from New York and chose the King bed with the hot tub option—an incredible experience. The bed was comfortable, room service was provided daily, and even in June, the space remained perfectly cool.What truly made our stay unforgettable were the incredible people who worked there. Every staff member was so warm and hospitable, it was impossible not to form a genuine connection with them.We arrived past midnight and were greeted by a kind and professional gentleman named Arshia. He was courteous, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. We also met another amazing individual named Ramadan—equally attentive and helpful. Both of them assisted us with our check-in and even carried our luggage to our room.The next day, we met the daytime manager, Samir, and another staff member, Ramo. Both were equally charming and friendly. In fact, we bonded so quickly with all four of them—Arshia, Ramadan, Samir, and Ramo—that they began to feel like family. Our four-night stay was so enjoyable that leaving for Istanbul felt like saying goodbye to loved ones. We’re already looking forward to coming back, just to reunite with them.A side note: Ramadan and Ramo also work as servers in the evenings at the terrace restaurant. Ramadan is a hookah master—his custom blends were incredible. Both of them are talented musicians as well. Ramo, though shy, played beautiful music for us on his dambura and sang with a voice full of soul and talent.Words alone can’t fully capture our experience—it would take a whole journal to do it justice. We even had the chance to meet the owner, who was kind and respectful, not only to us but also to his staff.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️An experience we’ll never forget.

We loved everything

With so many hotels to choose from, it was hard to make a decision, but I’m so glad I went with this one. The manager of the hotel went above and beyond. He is so sweet and kind and attentive and very caring. He helped us a book activities they even made us breakfast before we were leaving For our flight, they made sure that we liked our room and was satisfied. They were very sweet and very kind and I can’t express enough how above and beyond they went the owner of the hotel was also very kind and accommodating and very sweet me and my friend had an amazing time and would come back and recommend this hotel to anyone.!!!! They have a beautiful rooftop and the facility was very clean very accommodating. There was Wi-Fi. There was water and they were very responsive to anything we needed. We love the staff!!! They really made the trip x100000 better.

We liked that it was cozy and the right amount of distance from every restaurant and bar. The breakfast selection was great. The people were nice. It was a great stay all in all.

Hotel is located in the heart of capadoccia and the hotel staff is very kind and accommodating, the place is cozy. I would highly recommend this place.

The hotel lost power on our first night. The second night we didn’t have hot water. They should have a generator in case it happens again.

We extended one more night here and moved into the fantastic dragon room, the bed is comfy and very cool.

My stay at Kayataş Cave Suites was excellent. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I arrived late at night, and the owner was personally waiting for me, which made me feel immediately cared for.The hotel sits on top of a hill in Göreme, and if you wake up around 6:30 AM, you’ll be rewarded with breathtaking views of the hot air balloons taking off and floating across the valley. It’s truly a magical experience.The location is perfect — everything is within walking distance, including restaurants, convenience stores, and the main sights of Göreme.The staff went above and beyond to assist me. They helped arrange a private tour tailored to my preferences, excluding the destinations I didn’t want to visit. Their flexibility and service really stood out.Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay if you want the full Cappadocia experience with genuine hospitality, stunning views, and easy access to everything in town. Highly recommended.

We had a magical experience staying at Kayatas! It was a bucketlist experience to go to Cappadocia and Kayatas made it perfect! We had a cave suite that was super cool and luxurious. The property was an oasis. Great views. Breakfast and coffee were excellent. We were able to book all of our excursions through the hotel. It was effortless and exceptional. They also offered the best, and best priced excursions compared to individual bookings. It was such a great stay we extended our trip an extra day! The staff made our experience so memorable and magical. They were helpful, accommodating, fun, and genuinely good people! We were so grateful to have stayed there! I am so thankful to the whole staff who helped make my Cappadocia dreams better than I had hoped for! I am forever grateful! Would 1000% stay again and recommend Kayatas with all my heart!! ??✨️

I could hear every person which was passing next to my room, its was super nosy , I couldn’t sleep hole night
