Amazing and cozy stonehouse.. great location.. could experience hot air balloons from the roof.. staff were soo friendly and helpful and everything was clean and tidy.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the location is great, and the view is stunning.The breakfast was delicious, and I really appreciated how the hotel takes care of the cats, which made the atmosphere even warmer.I would also like to thank the receptionist, Deniz, for his kindness and professionalism. He was very helpful throughout my stay and made me feel truly welcome.I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The staff was super friendly, pure kindness coming from the host was amusing. Breakfast was authentic Turkish experience with amazing view. Everything was just perfect.

The room was so clean and had everything I needed. The staff were also really kind and took care of me well. The room looked exactly like the photos. It’s about 10 minutes of walking to the Goreme center and is in a quiet area. They also have cute cats that made my stay even better. I felt safe as a solo female traveler.

I liked the calmness of the building and its surroundings. The room was extremely spacious and comfortable. The hotel had its own parking and with the car we could easily reach the main restaurants and shops area. The breakfast was abundant and varied (typical Turkish food). Every morning at 6am we would wake up just to climb the stairs to the main terrace and watch in awe at the flying balloons just above the hotel building.

The rooms could do a bit more maintenance, some cables were visible and the bathroom ceiling panels looked like they were beginning to have mold in quite a few spots.

The staff were very friendly and the location was great. The room itself was clean and cute and the stone look felt cozy.

The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but doable for a few nights, and the lighting wasn’t great.

The front desk staff was really good. The breakfast was very good and available 830-930 am.

It was a little far from city center but it was safe to walk back so didn't mind.

The location was close enough to the center of Goreme and the room was spacious, bed was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and kind.

The breakfast was alright, it was the same everyday, and didnt feel fresh except for the fruits. The bathroom is poorly designed, with the water from the shower overflowing in the rest of the bathroom. The sink was wobbly, with temporary cardboard to support it.

This staff and room was super nice. Very new building and comfy. The best part was the property cat, Ala, and her 5 week old kittens, and their two puppies. The property is at the edge of town but about a 10 minute walk into the main area where all the shops are. It’s very quiet and away from the busy area without being too far. The hill behind the property has a gorgeous view of the hot air balloons in the morning.

Well maintained … staff were very humble friendly and helpful. Always keen to help. Helped in booking hot air balloon and green tour in just a few mins . But above all the warmth they share will their guests is no less than any family. Loved the experience

We felt like home :) They responded to our message instantly at any time, they helped us arranging the tour, they provided us with delicious breakfast- everything was just amazing!! Very warm and hospital staffs, we really felt we were at home. You can also arrange airport shuttles, various tours and activities with them. Amazing breakfast with beautiful terrace view to watch hot air balloons or the stars. Highly recommended!

It's located near the town center, the view around the hotel is quite quaint and beautiful.Staffs are super friendly and nice. They took care of me with genuine kindness.We accidentally missed a night bus and I asked the staff if we can extend one more night, the room was fully ready when we finally got back to the hotel and I felt appreciative for their service.The staff guy also gave us nice information about touristic sights near the town. Even asking him for a car rental service and he was ready to call a person for us.Room is beautiful. Tidy, clean and spacious. it's nice to look at the window as hot air balloons rise up each morning.Breakfast is authentic, I enjoyed it so much and could say that it was one of my fav breakfast in my turkey trip.
