Amazing hospitality. Best views, prime comfort and cozy in cold weather. Stellar staff. Mirac and Alper were the best.

Staff was extraordinary. The breakfast was amazing with wonderful views from the glass window dining room.I had travel issues and the staff was very willing to help me contact my travel agency to resolve the problems.

Our stay at Caverna was amazing! The hotel was in the perfect location in Goreme, and walking distance to everything! The hotel is beautiful, clean and had the most amazing view of the hot air balloons! The staff, especially Alper, was amazing, and very accommodating to our needs, going above and beyond. The breakfast was wonderful as well, with a variety of foods every morning! We will can’t wait to stay here again!

Beautiful and new hotel nestled near the town center yet quiet and peaceful. Stayed at the Suite with private balcony and the view is spectacular.

Good location, comfortable room and friendly staffs

It was a gorgeous property with great views! We could see the balloons from inside our hotel room. They have plenty of viewing platforms to watch them as well. The staff was so friendly, and helped us when we lost a bag and also helped us arrange activities.

The main viewing platform up high was only for the VIP room, so just know it may not be the same for you as you see in pictures!

Our family really enjoyed staying here. The location was very convenient, cave room quite special and traditional Turkish breakfast was delicious. Nice view, good service

Our stay at Caverna Hotel Premium Caves was absolutely perfect. Even before we arrived, Azat went above and beyond—he was incredibly helpful in arranging transportation and assisting with planning activities.The room was beautifully designed and met all our needs. The shower was one of the best we’ve experienced—great water pressure and hot. The bathroom was thoughtfully laid out, with space for personal toiletries (something many hotels overlook), and the powerful blow dryer was a nice touch.Breakfast at the hotel was a real highlight. The traditional Turkish spread was both delicious and generous, and enjoying it with the stunning view made it even more special. The rooftop terrace was a lovely spot to relax. Although the balloons didn’t fly during our stay, we still made the most of it—bringing back a bottle of wine and enjoying the sunset from the terrace.The hotel’s location was also ideal—tucked just slightly uphill from the center of town, providing a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to everything.The reception team was warm and welcoming. Burit was especially kind and genuine—we found ourselves stopping by often just to chat. And of course, we loved visiting sweet little Rosie, the hotel dog. She made our stay feel even more like home.Highly recommend this charming hotel—we’d return in a heartbeat.

There was nothing that disappointed me - everything exceeded my expectations.

Delicious Turkish breakfast served every morning on the beautiful patio overlooking Goreme! Our room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a huge jacuzzi in bathroom area. A quiet location and a wonderful staff, always available to help with anything we needed.

Stayed at the King suite. Which had the highest terrace. Everything was so cool, the room and pillars was carved from one rock. It was our anniversary and the hotel took good care of us. Breakfast was amazing, and it felt like a very small personal experience every step of the way.

Bathroom floor is marble and when wet, can be slippery.

We loved everything about our stay in Goreme - thank you to the wonderful team at Caverna Premium Caves Hotel! From helping us organise transfers and sunrise balloon flights to the very comfortable accommodation with amazing breakfasts, everything was fantastic. A highlight was our tour of Cappadocia with Serkan - organised by the hotel staff - an outstanding guide for a day of exploration. Thank you Caverna Premium Caves Hotel!

This was a magical trip and a really wonderful hotel to stay in. We had a room that was among the original cave rooms - and I feared it would be cold as it snowed one day while we were there, but it was warm and cozy. The shower was bar none the best shower I have ever been under. We did a lot of long day hikes in the valleys and returning to that shower was like going for a massage — amazing pressure, hot stones beneath your feet and real temperature. The breakfasts were incredible at the Caverna — so many plates, so many different things to try. Finally, the staff was so welcoming and helpful. Azat is a wealth information about the region. He was a guide in a former life and it showed — he taught us about the underground caves, ancient Christian monks, the pigeon coops. Plus he helped arrange our trips and was relentless in trying to get us a balloon ride after the one we booked was cancelled time and time again. He is a gem!

Nice comfortable beds, quiet at night. Great location in town, walkable but not right on the main street. Staff were helpful and attentive. Great views of the balloons. Excellent breakfast. Would recommend.

The staff were exceptional; they were all very kind and helpful. Azad arranged all of our tours/outings and went out of his way to make sure our plans and desires were met. Umit, Merac, and others were also very nice and attentive to our needs. The breakfast was a homemade meal with something different each day. We liked the location as it is at the end of the small town in a bit quieter area, but only a few minutes walk from the town center so everything is easily accessible. All in all, a very nice experience and would recommend to anyone traveling to Cappadocia/Goreme.
