The Staff were amazing, and the breakfast was really good

Old Town Stone House was the perfect location to walk to Goreme downtown and was included in pickup and drop-off of all our day trips. The rooms we got were a bit tight but amenities like a hot water heater, smart TV and toiletries were included. The bonus was every morning when we would walk out of our rooms and watch the balloons from the balcony. They also have a big and complete breakfast spread which included eggs cooked to your liking. Hotel staff were always present and willing to assist. They even prepared breakfast to go on our last day since we had an early shuttle pickup for the airport. Thank you to Mehmet, Masi, Abdullah and two other ladies (I didn't get their names) for making our stay an enjoyable one.

There is no elevator but staff is available to carry your luggage to your rooms.

I rarely leave reviews but I have to for this one. The property was perfect especially for me as a solo traveler. The room was very clean, spacious and the views of the hot air balloons at sunrise surreal. Mehmet the property manager was so kind and hospitable and booked all my activities and I enjoyed every single one of them, especially the hot airballoon ride, ATV tour and Green tour. The staff was so kind and helpful. They made my trip one of the best trips. 10/10 recommend.❤️❤️

Everything was great

Location is ok, little away from the main streets but thanks to that its more quiet area. Its all walking distance anyway in the village. Even a parking place was available. Fantastic breakfast. Nice view from the balcony. Friendly and helpful staff.

The host was more than hospitable. We had different rooms but he quickly moved things around to make us more convenient. He also helped us with the local ATV bookings. Would recommend contacting the host and book the local attractions. He also suggested the best places for shopping. Overall super satisfied

The property was located in a very convenient location, breakfast buffet is very good and very fresh, the room is cleaned daily. Everything is perfect. Staff were very nice and I found the service we received to be very professional for the most part.

I assume that the owner is the man but we checked in with a woman who didn’t seem to know much about what we can do if we didn’t want to book the red or green tour. Maybe it was just language barrier but I was very confused throughout the whole interaction which was not very helpful. I overheard the owner assisted another group over breakfast though and he seemed to be rather helpful.

The decor is very unique.

The property is old and the light is too dark at night. The floor and wall are not very clean and the bed is horrible - there is a gap in the middle of my double size bed.

Very good location. Very good breakfast. Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Cleaning machine somewhere near the room that could disturb according what time it’s on. (We could hear it in the room)

Location near the centre of Goreme and restaurants, good breakfast, reasonable price

The hotel was super comfortable, the lady who checked us in was very kind and helpful, suggested very good programs for us. The breakfasr was amazing, even for a picky child :) I hopenext time we can stay for more :)

The booking is hassle free, the owner offered to assist airport transfers for me. He also book my hot air balloon ride which i didn’t feel i was scammed or overpriced. Thus, i have requested for them to book my green & red tours as well. I appreciate the refund of Euro 15, when the red tour didnt include in the trip to goreme air museum. They could have kept quite and kept the money as i didnt check the tour etinerary before hand. But instead, the owner talk to me and informed me of the refund. daily breakfast is excellent. I can feel everyone in the team is doign tjeir best to give a good service. Great Job, thank you?.

There were no issues with the facilities and I was able to stay comfortably. I could sense everywhere that they were trying to please their guests.

This was my fault, but we had a misunderstanding and I almost missed my flight because on the morning of my check-out, I asked one of the staff if I could request a shuttle to the airport and if I could specify a time, and they said yes.I thought my reservation was complete, but it wasn't. I asked them several times if the shuttle was coming because the scheduled time had passed, but they told me to just wait.In the end, I decided to take a taxi to the airport and paid $85. It was a precious $100 bill that I had received from a dear patient of mine.
