Sacred Mansion

Really special and unusual property. The decor was quite interesting. All the nudity in the property art was a little off putting to my Muslim boyfriend but it didn’t bother me. We had a magnificent and HUGE copper tub in our bathroom, but at the cost of no windows in the room. This was a true cave room. I think most other rooms have windows. The breakfast is incredible. A giant Turkish breakfast brought with table service. Delicious. The spa was fantastic and we loved the pool, sauna and Turkish bath. Staff were very accommodating. We went off season and the rate was excellent and very competitive and included breakfast.

The restaurant is pretty pricey, but the ambiance and food were great, mostly out of our budget to eat there but it is beautiful.

The hotel is very clean, the breakfast is delicious. The design of the room and hotel amazing cool!! The location is in Goreme so close to all popular places.

Property was beautiful, me and my sister enjoyed it, we clicked lot of pictures. Interior is exceptional. Dinner was excellent. Very helpful staff.

The place is beautiful. The decorations in the lobby, rooms, and spa are lovely. And the staff is great!

The aircon has issues. Also no aircon in lounge area, so room gets very warm.

The hotel is beautiful with many themed details tastefully exhibited throughout the premises. Management is sincere about complaints logged and make every effort to resolve a negative situation.

The breakfast spread could cater a bit more for people who do not eat beef (chicken/lamb should feature on the breakfast menu). Some of the staff need to learn better english and customer service skills (breakfast area).Cleaning staff need to clean better.

It was just beautiful, the view was amazing, it was so peaceful, it was close to all shops, the staff was friendly

Absolutely everything! This boutique hotel is stunning! The attention to detail, the service, decor, spa facilities and dining are all exceptional!! Super comfortable beds and luxurious linens. The hotel opened one year ago—modern facilities in a beautiful setting. A short walk to the main square in Goreme. The staff is very accommodating and incredibly helpful. Our suite had its own private balcony, including a fairy chimney, which made for excellent viewing of the balloons in the early morning. We loved our stay and would highly recommend to anyone!

After spending 10 days in Cappadocia amongst different styles of accommodation. This is the place. The location, the spa, the people. This place is lights out. Amazing. We enjoyed 5 nights and would return in a heartbeat. Easily accessible to the town site. Free parking with valet service. Delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner. Ascetically pleasing and overly welcoming staff. Hot air balloons flying over head in the morning. Beautiful spa we enjoyed at the end of every night after long days exploring. Steam room, sauna, pool, repeat. This will be the only hotel I whole heartily recommend to anyone and everyone. Huge thank you to all the staff. We will be back.

Everything was perfect.

I love everything about the hotel. Towel has a very unique smell. It is good smell. Everything is so clean. I love the quality of the bed set. Pillows made me sleep very well.

In the room was a bit warm.

Everything. Luxurious property for a decent price. We got upgraded to a presidential suite and its the best room i have stayed ever. The breakfast , service were outstanding. Any visiting Goreme should stay here. You could also see the balloons from the property

Nothing.. it was perfect

A very luxurious hotel, very well located. Directly opposite the hotel are some fairy chimneys. When we checked in, Umran upgraded our room and we could see hot air balloons directly from our balcony. The beds were very comfortable, and the overall building left an impact on us. Beyza (reception staff) helped us check out smoothly. Reception staff also helped us carry our luggage down from our room. The breakfast was delicious

Room service was slightly slow, stayed 2 nights but no one came to clean our room.

New hotel, very clean and luxurious amenities

Hell, Heaven, and Purgatory. The design is stunningly beautiful with a deep concept. I love it! You get aesthetic pleasure from every little detail. The hotel is a year old, everything is new and stylish. There’s a large bathroom. Funda and Ali helped with the check-in, everything was top-notch. The restaurant Lilith (Heaven) deserves special attention. The dinner—from service to presentation—is on par with Michelin-starred restaurants. The breakfast is also excellent. If you want to stay in an exquisite place that stands out from other hotels in Cappadocia, this is the spot. I highly recommend it.

The hotels architecture is amazing and the rooms were very comfortable!

We understand that it is a themed hotel, but we feel that it was taken too far with the demonic “art” pieces all over the hotel. As Christians, we felt uncomfortable and chose not to extend our stay. Very controversial hotel. (For example, there is an upside down cross and a statue of satan in the pool).Also, the air conditioning was poor.

Door would not lock, security safe was not attached, Spa area was extremely hot and stuffy, Dinning room was very inefficient,

The service we received here as a family of 6 was excellent! The staff went above and beyond - especially since we had booked last minute. The mansion is very clean and beautiful!

The only downside was that our rooms didn’t cool down as much as we would have liked in the middle of August.
