Royal Stone Houses - Goreme

The staff was really nice and accommodating. The location of the property was perfect for the activities we had planned.

The breakfast featured more veges/ cheese instead of fulfilling options. No lift so we walked in and down three flights of stairs.

The room was well appointed, staff were efficient, the property was clean, and breakfast was nice.

The experience was good overall. This was relatively minor, but the strength of the wifi connection could have been stronger.

Great quite location, very clean, nice staff very good service and very good price! That's great deal!! I would stay there again definitely!

Room was quite large compare to other properties. Location was great not too noisy but everything was in walking distance.

A man who look like manager at Breakfast area, his manner and the way he spoke to us very disappointed. Look like he was not happy to welcome Asian tourists. By the way, the way he took care other nations tourists was so different, he was so welcome with big smile and warm greetings.

Everyone was very helpful, was in perfect walking distance for town and sites. Very clean rooms .

I liked the breakfast and the man who was overseeing breakfast was really friendly.

Staff were doing their job but I wouldn’t say anything more or less. Just doing what needed to be done and answering the questions asked. They mentioned that they would pack us a lunch when we left for the airport but didn’t really follow up on that.

Nice room and service.Good breakfast too.I booked airport shuttle and day trip (in a small group) with them…They are also one of the top 2 companies for hot air ballon flight in Cappadocia.Location is about 5-10 minutes walk from the town centre.Some good coffee, restaurants and bakeries are nearby.

I've stayed here three times over the course of ten years, and it's been consistently excellent! It's a peaceful haven amidst the hustle and bustle. The breakfast is abundant, the rooms are comfortable, and the view is truly spectacular. You can watch hot air balloons taking off and landing from the rooftop, and it's also a great starting point for hiking trips! Highly recommended!

This is an amazing place and I fully recommend it. I booked last minute and they sent me a shuttle bus to pick me up from the airport.The staff are super friendly and location was wonderful. Breakfast is fantastic with an amazing rooftop where you can see the balloons taking off ?

Nice hotel,not long from the town centre.Kind staff,,as speak nice English and can help with all information.The breakfast served as kind persons ,and it is very variable.

Location is good but at 10 minutes by walk from real City Center of Goreme, with all restaurants and shops.

We booked a triple room. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom looks new, clean and big. We arrived late around 2 a.m and greeted by Ahmet (front desk crew). He was courteous and assisted us with our luggage. (1st floor - no elevator) to our room. He was also our shuttle driver for our Balloon ride. Thank you for taking care of us during our stay.We also would like to thank the breakfast team, they were kind and attentive. The buffet breakfast has a large variety and delicious!Last but not least, thank you to the Royal Balloon team for a wonderful experience!

Stayed for 2 nights only ?

The breakfast buffet is large and diverse. It's just across from pink valley and sword valley and and easy walk to town. Staff are all really kind and helpful, and the balloon ride booked through the hotel (same company) was really great.
