Everything was really nice! The terrace room was spacious with very nice views from the terrace.

Breakfast had limited items with no refills.

Good location, close to the town center

One night the AC didn’t work for a few hours, the staff came and fixed it pretty quickly. But the fireplace, which was promised to me was broken and never fixed during our stay. The situation was never informed or communicated in any form in advance tho the fireplace was broken for weeks.

Rooms were very big, view of the hot air balloons and good breakfast. Also they had parking and location was very near to the centre markets.

The staff are so so nice and helpful. It was my friends birthday and they did so much to make it special.

There was a leak in the shower room and the beds were a little uncomfortable.

Great location Excellent staff and support Melisa was amazing, we had an issue with our booking.com return taxi and Melisa handled it like a pro and got us a luxury van in 15 mins Room was great. If you need cleaning you have to request it specifically and if there’s anything else just ask them.

The room was comfortable and significantly bigger than most of the hotel rooms in Goreme. It was clean and lovely! Loved the location too. It isn’t immediately in the center of the town, but almost! I enjoyed that as it was no more than 5 minutes to walk in to town, but so much less crowded. The space, building and its layout, are attractive. The woman who checked me in and out was very kind. Hakkan was helpful and welcoming, whether greeting guests, offering advice, or helping place orders from the restaurant, Hakkan was right there and went the extra mile!

The property and the staff are amazing the people on reception are very welcoming and make you feel like our home. Especially the guy name hakan who is always available at the service. They also surprised my wife with a birthday which we did not even ask for i was amazed with their hospitality. I would highly recommend this property in all terms very silent and a good view specially the hot tub inside the room and the room no 301 which has a private terrace. Thank you all keep it up

breakfast, location & excellent rooms..

Everything here was great. It’s close to town, the breakfast is AMAZING . Delicious, so many fresh baked foods, pastries, many hot item foods as well and lots of drinks. I felt so excited for breakfast each day and all the kids ate too. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. Great value for the money and everything works. The AC, the hot water, the fridge etc. there is a desk and dresser for storage, and spacious bathrooms. WiFi worked great!

Location, architecture, size, and the in-room jacuzzi!

The air conditioner was either malfunctioning or too small for the room and could not cool it sufficiently for my optimal comfort.

Beautiful charming hotel. The room was very very spacious, the beautiful bath in the roomWas an extra treat for us given we have a baby we really took advantage of it and had few fun family baths.The breakfast was yummy and everything was fresh everyday.Very accommodating for all baby needs which was very nice.Very calm area and beautiful views from our rooftop.

The rooftop was not open for service I guess it was low season and if you think you can go up there to see the hot air balloons, you can but it’s not the best view.For cleaning you have to ask for it or else they won’t clean your room which I find odd for a hotel. The default should be cleaning the room.

The room is huge and very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located, close to the center but not on the busiest road, with the possibility of parking right in front of it.

It is a shame there isn't a restaurant there for the evening because we would have made use of it. The room with a window on a corridor, feels a bit claustrophobic but eventually it all worked out well.

The breakfast was amazing and the food was diverse every day. The room was very spacious and the spa tub was great. The staff is very kind and attentive. The heating is on at all times but it can be easily switched off.

The hotel was absolutely stunning! The rooms were beautifully done and the property was immaculate. The size of the rooms were amazing , but the hotel still had a very appropriately themed room. They had a breakfast that was included and made fresh every day. The rooftop space was a good size if you have multiple guests. The staff was by far the highlight. They were knowledgeable about the area, very attentive, and extremely friendly.

The bed was a bit hard for my liking. But that did not take away from the experience.

The staff was very nice and try always to help, even though they had some little issues with English in some cases.

Loved the room.... and love the private driver for a private day trip they set up for me...

The communication was poor to private transfer.... I left an hour later than requested for flight. Driver explained he had been told 11 am versus 10 am... Necessary to verify with hotel on times a few times to ensure they have it right!!!!!!
