The lady that runs the place provided first class service. Was very welcoming and accommodating to our needs and was always willing to help. Great breakfast spread as well and location is only a 6 min walk from the city center

Great location, amazing view, great facility! We stayed at ‘rock’ room, which have everything we need inside.Our host, Mrs Seher was quite polite and caring. She provided us a real ‘ personalised’ service. She even planned our trip, her recommendations were great. In short, we love her hospitality.

We were extremely well taken care of and grateful to Seher for all of her attention to our needs. We did not want to climb too many stairs so she gave us a beautiful stone room on a lower level. The room was so elegant and comfortable! The breakfast was also very delicious with a lot of variety and traditional dishes. We would highly recommend the Sora Hotel. Thanks again to Seher who manages the hotel.

It’s slightly further to walk into town, but we liked that it was a bit further from the energy of city center.

Beautiful property only a 10 minute walk from the city center. The staff and caretaker are very friendly, and extremely accommodating - doing everything from helping book day trips to accommodations to providing great resturaunt recommendations

Everything basically. Seher really knows how to run a hotel! What makes the experience special is all the details she and her team offer- the apple tea, the robes, the lighting and the turkish bath glove in the bathroom, oh and the amazing Turkish breakfast! Seher also helped me planning my trip to make sure I have the best experience!

The manager was so welcoming and helpful. We had an early flight and she had a breakfast to go for us. The breakfasts at the hotel was amazing. We liked sitting out on the balcony outside our room. So lovely.

The location of Sora Cave hotel is great for both quietness, but also as a base to explore the area.

There was some noise about my room quite early in the morning, but it didn’t effect my enjoyment of my stay.

Cutest hotel! It was a smaller scale in terms of number of rooms there, our room was great. The breakfast spread every morning was great too. Seher (hope I spelled that right) was very personable and made our stay so welcoming. She was very accommodating and provided helpful information. We would stay here again any time!

This small hotel (6 rooms) exceeded all our expectations. The host, Seher, was more than helpful and treated us more as family than as hotel guests. The breakfast was outstanding, great views, perfect quiet setting, beautiful large room all amenities including a beautiful jetted tub.

We have an incredible stay at Sora Cave for 6 Nights. Seher and her team focus on customer service was 5-star, she helped us with airport transportation, itinerary planning and interacted with her daily. The breakfast was excellent with cooked to order eggs and a very complete buffet spread. The location is quiet and close to town - about a 8 minute walk downhill. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Highly recommend a stay at Sora Cave when you visit the region, Seher and her team is amazing and her customer focus is unmatched in the hospitality world.

The host at the hotel was very special. Sehir went above and beyond to answer all questions that we had and if she did not know the answer to it, she got back to us. The breakfast was good and the overall experience in the cave hotel was really special.Sehir was very kind when she found out that I was lactose intolerant, she actually brought me milk from her own home so that I could enjoy a cuppa whenever I wanted one.

The only issue we had was the fact that the television in the room did not work and because of the location of the room, the free wifi did not work at all. We had to constantly go out of the room either to the breakfast area or the reception to access the wifi.

Our stay in Sora Cave Hotel was just amazing, the place is really beautiful and well located. Breakfast is exceptional and the staff is really kind. Special thanks to Seher, who made us feel at home. We definitely suggest this place for spending few days in Goreme, we hope to come back soon!

Everything. Lovely location, set amongst the rock formations. Clean, quiet and a fabulous breakfast. But most of a big thank you to Seher for her help and lovely chats.

It was a wonderful and unforgettable time: a luxurious room in a peaceful and quiet place, that was kept perfectly clean and tidy every day by the hotel staff, with a beautiful view from the window, a huge bed, air condition (with good working heating) and a spacious bathroom with a large shower cabin and a great bathtub allowing to feel cosy. The breakfast was exceptionally delicious (guests can choose from a wide variety of dishes and drinks for every taste) on a covered, warm terrace, where the manager of the hotel was always kindly greeting us.From the bottom of our hearts we would like to express our special gratitude and appreciation to the hotel manager, who was sincere caring for her guests! When she found out that we were allergic to many types of foods by noticing that we were eating very selectively during the breakfast, she asked what we are allowed to eat. And all the following days special dishes were prepared for us, so we never stayed hungry.A real pleasant surprise was the birthday greetings from the hotel (since our trip coincided with the celebration of the birthday of one of us): after returning to the hotel that day we found a postcard in our room, with best wishes written in our native language, as well as a bottle of delicious red wine with snacks as a gift.

Hotel is small but very clean room and even if we booked the smallest room it was quite a spacious one. The staff especially Seher was very helpful even before we checked in. Great hotel. Really enjoyed our stay

No designated parking facility if you are renting a car but you can still find a parking slot nearby on a first come first serve basis
