Panoramic Cave Hotel

The location with views of other rock formations and the city are fantastic. The room was clean. comfortable and the AC worked very well. The Panoramic staff were very friendly and helpful for other bookings and site tours. The terrace is large with beautiful views all around. The buffet breakfast was delicious and full of local delicacies.

Beautiful and great location! The cave room was so cool! And very comfy! And view for hot air balloons was awesome (lots of different balconies) and the breakfast every morning was wonderful. The staff was incredibly helpful!

Location… beautiful views of the town of Goreme. Lived up to its name. Walking distance to restaurants and watching sunrise/sunset points.Great breakfast. The cave rooms were warm in the middle of winter. Couldn’t have asked for a better place.

View from the hotel is great, can watch the balloons clearly with a nice overview of the town as well. 10 mins walk to the town center, less than half hour walk to the open air museum. Breakfast is decent too. Enjoy our stay.

There was nothing wrong with the property itself. Unfortunately, I had really obnoxious people staying next to me who would wake up at 6 am and talk loud in the morning. Perhaps putting the chairs next to the rooms is not ideal so the noise could go away

The location is so perfect . It really has the panoramic view of the Goreme , and so closed to the town and the viewpoint of Goreme Walking up to my Pigeon room is not bad and not much stairs . All the staff are so nice esp. in the restaurants. Highly recommended.

Needs hangers to hang my clothes and they should make the pillows all white in color . Needs to change the comforter to a more bigger one and Needs to be puffier

The location and the staff. The receptionist Mr. Emir was very friendly and helpful. He helped us book the horse back riding and city tour rides, and gave us information in planning the rest of the stay in cappadocia.

Everything, we there in the shoulder season so very quiet, beautiful hotel, great people, lovely town, had the rooftop bar to ourselves, good breakfasts included, town is full of great little restaurants. Turkish people are some of the nicest people you will ever meet.

The staff was wonderful and helped us coordinate transfers and tours. The room was clean, large and very comfortable and the view of the balloons from our window was magical!

Although very comfortable, the round bed was not ideal for us since my husband is tall and could only fit well in the center of the bed at it's longest point.

The hotel location was great! The view from the property was very scenic! Very friendly staff!

Omer was extremely helpful and kind. He helped me find the best rate for the balloons and explained how it works to me in detail. He took the time to show me everything I needed and even offered a ride to where I had to go along with some apple tea. He was generous knowledgeable, helpful, and incredibly accommodating. All the hotels have the similar cave feel, but Omer excelled in customer service and making you feel welcome.

My specific room had a skylight. I don’t sleep well with light coming in. But I’m sure many people like that skylight because they are waking up early anyway to see the balloons and it gives the cave nice outdoor light.

Staff was helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Room was quaint.

Air circulation could have been better in the "cave."

The Deluxe Stone Room with Balcony had a fantastic view of the Fairy Chimneys and many of the cave dwellings in the town. The cave rooms look super cool but you have only one small window so I often saw their doors open to let in light. But it is a once in a lifetime experience to sleep in a cave so I kind of regret it now. The area around the hotel is very charming and there is a nice walk up to a hillside where you can see the balloons or from the lovely hotel terraces.The staff at this hotel could not be any nicer. Rooms are very clean with lots of hot water in the shower. Great Breakfast!!!

Sleeping in a round bed took getting use to. There was a "swamp gas" smell that came from the bathroom so just keep your bathroom door shut.Breakfast opening at 8:30am is kind of late if you have a tour to catch.

Beautiful hotel with real fairy cave rooms! We stayed in a fairy cave room, and it was beautiful. Quite comfortable as well. Special thanks to the great service provided by Omar in reception and Rhamasan in the kitchen! I’d definitely will come back again!

A great hotel with the best views. The location was great. Walkable to all the restaurants and shoppers places. Omar at the reception was very kind and helpful in securing us tickets for the hot air balloon ride. The cave room was clean, spacious and very unique. Breakfast was adequate. The staff at breakfast explained everything that had at the buffet. They were very kind and made sure our needs were met. Overall we had a wonderful stay.
